وفاقی وزیر سرمایہ کاری نے ایک بیان میں کہا ہے کہ میں پی آئی اے کو ٹھیک کرنے نہیں آیا، بلکہ وہ جس حال میں اسے اسی حالت میں فروخت کرنے کیلئے آیا ہوں۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ پی آئی اے کو چلانا میرے ذمہ نہیں لگایا گیا، میری ذمہ داری صرف پی آئی اے کو بیچنے کی لگائی گئی ہے،میں نے پی آئی اے کو ٹھیک کرنے میں کردار ادا نہیں کرنا، مجھے بہت سے محکمے دیئے گئے کہ یہ محکمے حکومتوں سے نہیں چل سکے ان کی نجکاری کردی جائے،ان اداروں کو اس لیے فروخت کیا جارہا ہے کہ ہماری غریب عوام ان اداروں کے خسارے کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھاسکتی۔

Nawaz dakoo is blaming Imran for the downfall of PIA.This liar has forgotten that Peepee destroyed PIA by recruiting thousands of people on political grounds.Goon League took no measures to root out corruption and reduce the number of employee.Many pilots were found to have fake degrees.PTI government exposed these pilots.Nawaz dakoo says PTI government should have swept this under the carpet.He thinks PIA lost it’s reputation due to the fake degrees issues being made public.I don’t understand the mentality of this dakoo.If you keep hiding the truth then nothing gets fixed.You need to hold people accountable .

I remember once the corrupt Sharif mafia started premier service in PIA and leased the planes from Sri Lanka, but as usual, they made the money and ultimately had to shut down this service.
