AH is urging SC not to pass down the verdict against SS and disqualify him. Is this really the job of SC to give verdict based on ground realities, i.e, doctrine of necessities?
If the Government does not implement the verdict then so be it. It is the people who will implement the verdict if not the government. Each and every single act of PM will become unlawful if he becomes disqualified. At least we will have a direct Martial Law rather than indirect one.

Not the job of SC to make decisions based on political fall out. Their job is to give verdict based on facts and according to the laws of the land.
It is thanks to the doctrine of necessity that we are looking at abyss.
