Why is Qazi assuming the commissioner was lying?.The agencies are saying he lied because they want to cover up election rigging.It was very embarrassing for ECP and Mistry Munir so they silenced this guy.

How does he know the commissioner was lying? Were there no cases of blatant ballot paper rigging, fiddling, and sabotaging of Form 45 to hijack the results and make the losers the winners? It was not the commissioner alone who acknowledged being a participant in sabotaging the election results but millions of Pakistanis saw it live on TV screens. Even so many PDM's losing candidates have admitted to being declared winners by fraud and sabotage by the ECP and the establishment.
