تفصیلات کے مطابق برطانوی نشریاتی ادارے ڈیلی میل نے سابق پاکستانی وزیراعظم عمران خان کے حوالے سے ایک خبر نشر کی جس میں عمران خان کیلئے "ڈس گریسڈ" کا لفظ استعمال کیا گیا۔

مسلم لیگ ن کے کئی رہنماؤں نے اس خبر کا سکرین شاٹ لے کر شیئر کیا اور بڑھ چڑھ کر اس معاملے کو اچھالنے کی کوشش کی۔

وزیر اطلاعات پنجاب عظمیٰ بخاری نے اس معاملے پر ردعمل دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ" ہمیں تو انگریزی نہیں آتی کوئی بتادے یہ کیا لکھا ہے"۔

All of these amendments were IKs own made. He made them to save himself from the NAB cases, thinking that he will stay in power forever. He had all of these amendments implemented with three renewals of presidential orders. He did not dare to put them on the Assembly floor just because people like yourself will come to know what exactly he was doing. He knew that 99% of his followers do not ready anything other than what he and his social media team feed them with memes and Facebook photoshop.
When noni thieves came to power Alvi refused to renew the ordinance, and so they presented IKs amendments on the floor and approved them.

Why he turned down the Bundiyaals order, is a legal Question. The answer is within the judgment itself. That Parliament approved these amendments and SC does not have jurisdiction to turn it down, UNLESS it is contradictory to any other part of the constitution.

I will try to keep it short and simple.
In the original NAB ordinance, there were 4 main demeaning powers that were being used against the political opponents. These were used against Nooni thieves, Zardari thieves and not against Imrani Thieves.
1: NAB could make the case on corruption of 50 Million or above
2: The complaint could be filed by any tom dick and harry, regardless of his/her affiliation or direct connection.
3: When someone files a case against you. It is your responsibility to prove your innocence. The filer or NAB did not have any responsibility to bring any proofs against you.
4: NAB can detain you for investigation and keep you in for interrogation for a period of 3 months. NO bail could be applied in this period.

Along with these 4 another controversial clause was that. The NAB could arrest the owner of private contractors or companies related to complaint who had some connection to the complaint. No court had jurisdiction to overrule this constitutional protection given to NAB.
The main amendments that IK made were the following

1: Corruption of over Rs 500 million was prosecutable under NAB Act.
2: NABs, non-bailable detention period was reduced to 15 days
3: Only the Grieved party could file a complaint against you.
4: The complainant has to bring proof against you.
5: NAB could not involve private (Non-Govt) contractors or companies unless there are solid proof of their involvement in corruption.

There could be some more procedural or implementations SOP, but these were the main ones. IK kept implementing them under presidential orders, which (according to the constitution) laps after 6 months. Arif Alvi implemented theses NAB amendments three times under presidential order. You can find out about presidential orders from newspapers. You can go and search for others. I am giving you proof of one presidential order

Why is the federal government asking to implement the amendment, when it could have been used to corner IK?
Your argument employs that the worst corrupt politician ii Pakistan is IK and no one else is benefitting from this amendment.
Pakistan has become a banana republic where there is lawlessness, corruption, missing people and inflation just because IK is there. Now that he is out of Power, country is progressing at lightning speed.
