I guess you didn't read it well. No one is guilty until proven. I am saying that IK is innocent and likewise you say that he is criminal? Aren't we on the same page? You saying he is criminal(while not proven guilty) and me saying he is innocent(because not proven guilty), so tell me who is at fault? Can you punish someone for just accusations? Do you have such a mind set to believe in every accusation? And to treat an accused like criminal? While criminal and accused are too different things.. Civilized nations and religions want proof and not allegation as the basis for punishment. While you are giving your judgment based on an allegation shows your IQ level. Islam prevent from making accusation(Bohtaan) and in other words it means that such thing like bohtaan exists, so if it exists then no one is guilty until proven.
If islam prevents you from Zina then Islam also prevents you from making judgement or considering someone a criminal just because of an accusation. Rather Islam teaches you to prove the allegation and then punish the alleged person. But you are saying that he is criminal just because he has been alleged, isn't it against islamic teaching? To reach a judgment based on allegations? Aren't you partially following islam(mostly your favored part) by following only the thing that says that a person who rapes should be punished by also denying the other order that prevents you from reaching to conclusions based on allegations?
