Janab baqi 3 fiqah main Prawns khanay ki ijazat hay ab jab saab HAQ par hain to ap apni raay q doosroon main Musalat karny pay bazid hain ?

kisi ki bhi baat par adha amal nhi karna chchiaye... bilkul chaarow aaima arbaa haq par hain beshak, lekin ummat ko takeed ki gai hai k ek wkt main kisi bhi ek he fiqh par amal karna zaroori hai warna deen ka mazak ban kar reh jaye ga...! agar koi hanfi hai... to sirf ek prawns k liye ussy apna fiqh chord dena achi baat nhi.

مکروہ تحریمی
یہ کبیرہ گناہ ہوتا ہے درجہ میں حرام سے تھوڑا سا نیچے ہے کیونکہ اس کا انکار کرنے والا کافر نہیں ہوتا لیکن عملی طور پر حرام کے برابر ہوتا ہے جتنا گناہ حرام کا ہوتا ہے اتنا ہی مکروہ تحریمی کا ہوتا ہے جان بوجھ کر کرنے والا فاسق سخت گنہگار اور عذاب کا مستحق ہوتا ہے جہنم کے جس درجہ میں حرام کرنے والا جلے گا اسی درجہ میں مکروہ تحریمی کرنے والا جلے گا۔کتبِ فقہ میں اگر کسی جگہ لفظ مکروہ لکھا ہو اور یہ نہ لکھا ہو کہ یہ مکروہ تحریمی ہے یا مکروہ تنزیہی تو وہاں مکروہ سے مراد مکروہ تحریمی ہوتا ہے


مکروہ تنزیہی
وہ فعل ہے جس کے نہ کرنے میں ثواب ہو۔ اور کر نے میں عذاب نہ ہو۔ اسکا درجہ مکروہ تحریمی سے کم ہے۔ اگر کوئی بار بار مکروہ تنزیہی کی عادت بنالے تو وہ مکروہ تنزیہی بھی مکروہ تحریمی بن جاتا ہے ۔

Every thing from sea is halal. Seafood is my favorite. Not just shrimps but i crave for all other seafood as well, like crab, lobster, mussell, oysters, clam, squid. Its all yummy. My only reservation is that often restaurants put live crabs and lobsters in boiling water or oil to cook them which is inhumane. By the way, love sushi too

Kitaboun ko choro....tum to ahlay hadith ho menay tumsay hadith mangi or quran kee ayat mangi kay give me one ayat from the quran or one hadith from sahih bukhari or sahih muslim that Shrimp is halal. So far you cannot give me one single reference. Kitaboun kee bari to baad may aye gee. Hujjat quran or hadith hay ! Give me example from quran or hadith. We will come to books later!

yes but as per abu dujana logic her wo cheese jiss ko quran may haram declare na kia ho wo khaye jasakti hay. Thats why i mentioned cats and dogs because the quran does not mention that dogs and cats are haram...but we know that the islamic fiqh delcares them haram so we dont eat them.

Marey khayal say mari raaay denay k haq mughay hay,ap apni RAAY ko mari RAAY bana k naa paish karain.

Everything that can cause harm is forbidden as food, even if it comes from the sea, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): And do not kill yourselves (nor kill one another). Surely, Allaah is Most Merciful to you. [al-Nisa 4:29] and: and do not throw yourselves into destruction [al-Baqarah 2:195].

I reject your contextual references. It makes no sense. You are more than welcome to follow your mazhab, but it makes no sense to me and I reject your deen. If i start following your logic, then i will end up eating lizards, crocks, turtles and shrimps..sorry not my cup of tea!

if it is bought with halal earned money then one could eat. If you use money earned with target killing or bhatta then probably everything is haram

Brother you are wasting your time with him. he sounds stubborn. He already have a mindset of argument without any grounds. His stupid way to justify his question does not make a sense. You asked valid questions regarding Fidh Hanfi but he could not respond logically. Even though I follow the same but I will not assume that I am the most righteous person in the world now. Any ways, you can not satisfy his question of proof as you are right, the things which are not mentioned in Quran does not mean they are Haram. (But It does not mean otherwise is Halal either, there are further explanations for Halal in sea or land creatures) May Allah Pak show us wisdom. Salam
