Seems like there is some kind of deal between PTI and establishment. Establishment want safe passage and guarantees that pti Govt will not prosecute generals for their undeclared martial law, kidnapping, torture.
One way to ensure this is to have establishment representative in the Govt.

Now it looks like Fawad Chaudhry, establishment representative, return back to pti has been launched.
In future we might see more of establishments representative returning back to PTI

If there was a deal then the 26th amendments would not have taken place. The Form 47 Government has no right to implement them. IK would never make a deal where the napak fauj totally destroys the judiciary and then walks away without repercussions.

What position PTI is in to dictate any terms? They clearly have no say at all at the moment. The party is in disarray and imran khan is rotting in jail and only God knows he is getting any messages or not as the team of leaders he have is all comprised of compromised people.

I think the hubris of the generals is too big to just leave everything, it is a system that has existed since 1800s, This army is not a national army, it is a security force for colonial extraction, we tend to forget this fact, From a single soldier to the General they wasn't to serve the extraction of economic value from the 'natives' however the Gora sarkar is gone, the mindset for this security force is still there.
Eventually someone needs to burn it all down.
