گورنر پنجاب کو ہٹانے کیلئے وزیراعظم کی سمری پھر سے ایوان صدر پہنچ گئی

وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے گورنر پنجاب عمر سرفرازچیمہ کو ہٹانے کی سمری ایک بار پھر صدر مملکت کو بھجوا دی ہے۔ آئین کے تحت صدر اگر نہیں ہٹاتے تو 10 دن میں گورنرپنجاب خودہی فارغ ہوجائیں گے۔

ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق گورنر پنجاب عمر سرفراز چیمہ کی الٹی گنتی شروع ہوگئی کیوں کہ وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے گورنر پنجاب عمر سرفراز چیمہ کو ہٹانے کی سمری دوبارہ صدر عارف علوی کو بھجوا دی ہے۔

اب گورنر پنجاب چند ہی دن کے مہمان ہیں کیوں کہ نئی ایڈوائس کو دس دن مکمل ہونے پر گورنر پنجاب خود بخود برطرف ہوجائیں گے۔ وزیراعظم شہباز شریف پہلے بھی ایک سمری صدر مملکت کو بھجوا چکے ہیں۔

پہلے بھجوائی گئی سمری کو 14 دن مکمل ہوچکے ہیں تاہم صدر مملکت نے اس سمری پر کوئی آرڈر جاری نہیں کیا جس کے بعد وزیراعظم نے ایک بار پھر گورنر پنجاب عمر چیمہ کو ہٹانے کی اپنی ایڈوائس صدرمملکت کو بھجوائی ہے۔

میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق اگر اس سمری پر بھی عمل نہ بھی ہوا تو قانون کے مطابق 10 روز کے بعد گورنر پنجاب خود ہی برطرف ہوجائیں گے جس کے بعد وزیراعظم شہباز شریف ساتھ ہی نئے گورنر کی تقرری کی ایڈوائس بھی صدر کو بھیج دیں گے۔ اب پنجاب کی گورنر شپ پاکستان پیپلزپارٹی کو ملنے کا امکان ہے۔

دوسری جانب عمر سرفراز چیمہ نے ایک بیان میں کہا ہےکہ وہ حمزہ شہباز کی کابینہ سے حلف نہیں لیں گے۔ گورنرپنجاب کا کہنا ہے کہ غیر قانونی کابینہ سے کیسے حلف لے سکتا ہوں۔

However, the commentator is not exactly right.
Th president will ask the cabinet (or PM) after 15 days to reconsider (with or without a specific objection) and Then cabinet (PM) will reconsider and send the advice.
