Yaadgar is for something deceased as a monument for someone who has passed away. So he is right. Right now Pakistan is a hostage of these jurnails and boot polishiyas. So right now it is a monument of a Pakistan that used to belong to Pakistanis.
When Pakistan goes back into the hands of its rightful owners it will once again become Minar e Pakistan
