Geo TV reported few minutes ago a very authentique report by Free and Fair Election Networks. It confirms rigging in 136 Polling stations of Pakistan. Including Karachi, Lahore, Narowal etc.

Free and Fair election Networks recommended re-polling.

Intl. monitoring board has confirmed rigging also.

ISLAMABAD, May 13, 2013 – Based on data gathered by Free and Fair Election Network observers at polling stations showing impossible voter turnout greater than 100%, FAFEN called on the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to release all polling station Statements of the Count (Form XIV) to the public on its website before certifying any final election results in any constituency.The voter turnout was [HI]more than 100% in at least 49 polling stations out of 8,119 polling stations sampled by FAFEN across Pakistan[/HI], according to Statements of the Count delivered so far by FAFEN observers. ECP must not include votes from these polling stations in calculations of constituency election results, and should consider re-polling in these stations.[HI]At least 32 polling stations with greater than 100% turnout were in Punjab, 10 in Sindh, six in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and one in Balochistan.[/HI]

The polling stations with impossible voter turnout [HI]figures included 19 female polling stations, 16 male stations and 14 combined (male and female) stations[/HI].Voter turnout is calculated on the basis of the registered voters for each polling station as given on the ECP websitehttp://ecp.gov.pk/PollingScheme.aspx. Polling stations included in the analysis are only those in which presiding officers accurately calculated the total number of ballots as recorded on the Statement of the Count (Form XIV).

[HI]FAFEN has recommended since 2008 that ECP should void the results from any polling station where more ballots are cast than the number of registered voters, and should investigate highly improbable cases of voter turnout, such as those greater than 80%[/HI]. Best practice for election transparency requires that polling station ballot counts and vote counts should be posted as quickly as possible on the ECP website, both as scans of the original forms and in data tables that can be scrutinized. This information was made public by ECP for the first time many months after General Election 2008, based on persistent FAFEN advocacy.

I knew there was massive rigging as soon as the results started coming in.The numbers of seat won by nooras didn't reflect the voting pattern.This is a fake election conducted by a fake ECP and now we have fake democracy.Nawaz noora is the new fake prime minister of Punjab who won on bogus votes from Punjab.

If it is found that vote rigging took place at ten polling stations this election should be declared invalid and pending judicial inquiry..

If after investigation it is found that vote rigging took place at ten polling stations in Pakistan then the whole election results should be declared pending investigation. The care taker government should continue to govern until this investigation is complete and its results known to the nation.

If this doubt and cloud of suspicion continues, the incoming prime minister, Nawaz shariff will lose his authority and the country its international trust and reputation, and the nation will be ridiculed in the world.

I will urge Mr Nawaz Shariff to delay appointing his cabinet and government and Pakistan's Election Commission refer this matter to the Supreme Court for judicial investigation and request to be completed in two weeks. This stain of corruption and fiddling will blot the incoming government's credibility and authority to govern. It must be resolved quickly before the whole nation is engulfed in civil riots.
