1) General Hameed Gul
After convincing Imran to enter politics and finalizing the name of party and arranging and facilitating first members of PTI's Core Committe, it was decided that Gen Hameed Gul will be President of PTI and Imran as Chairman. Imran left for UK as the plan was to arrange a press conference in a hotel upon his return with General Hameed Gul and all other 1st core committee members to announce the party. After visit his sons and upon return Imran announced his party without informing Gen Hameed Gul.
2) Justice Wajih ud Din
Imran brought Justice Wajih into party by repeatedly requesting him and made him Senior Vice President. Justicd Wajih identified the corruption in intra party elections and tried to tell Imran but he was shut and thrown out of party. The same intra party mistakes costs PTI its symbol and identity in 2024.
3) Javed Hashmi
After a very long deliberation and Imran's continuous requests, Javed Hashmi finally joined PTI and was made President. Hashmi tried to stop Imran's love for "Umpire ki Ungli" and did his best to stop Imran from becoming General Pasha & General Zaheer's puppet but Imran did not listen. Hashmi resigned and like Justice Wajih PTI's immature social media disgracefully ran a campaign against him. Later General Bajwa threw Imran out of parliment. Today Imran resides in Adiala.
4) Akbar S Babar
He was one man who tried to save PTI from becoming "just another party controlled by Jahangir Tareen, Spoken by Fawad Chaudhry, led by Chaudhry Pervez Illahi or Shah Mehmood Qureshi types and their children". Like Justice Wajih, Akbar S Babar tried to stop party becoming a dry cleaning engine for Pakistan's dirty politics but Imran did not like and until this day is desperately trying to throw Akbar out of party. Being a Pakhtun, Akbar proved to be a bone hard to swallow even for Imran.
5) Sher Afzal Marwat
After May 09 and subsequent Imran's imprisonment, there was one man who mobilized the party on streets (not on social media) from Wazirastan to Peshawar to Lahore to Karachi and well into Quetta. His name was Sher Afzal Marwat. The momentun he built took the party in to Feb 8 elections and beyound. Imran wasted no time in dumping Marwat for fear of his asthonishngly fast rising popularity in party especially in PTI controlled KPK and his ability to lead men and women on streets with no fear and without a ugly black iron bucket. Now, the party fears Shahid Afridi's ambitions.
Today, the party's narrative is controlled by few unemployed YouTubers sitting overseas as Imran & Bushra spend countless nights in hot scroching heat waiting for their next court date accepting their cemented fate until Nov 2028 atleast.
