The decision by 8-judges seems to be nothing more than an academic exercise and is toothless. It should have pinned the responsibility on the characters responsible for the chaos that the country is in today and have framed charges against them.
The main character of all this is Qazi Isa. This man should have been indicted for his role in the pre and post-election rigging. Now this man dares to say that taking the symbol of a political party didn't mean what the Election Commission interpreted. Then where the hell this man was all this time to correct the mistake?
This man did nothing against kidnapping, torture, and illegal detentions of innocent people.
This man was more interested in getting an extension instead of doing the job for which he was hired. He let an illegal government pass laws to clean up their crimes and prolong their reign.
This is the man who was hired to dispense law. Rather he applied it selectively. This man should have kept himself away from any PTI case as his bias towards it was obvious, but he did not.
He did nothing when his fellow judges told him how they were getting pressured by the establishment. He didn't act against those who put cameras in judges' bedrooms. What if they had put one in his bedroom and then we would have seen him somersaulting.
This is the man who looked the other way when the Election Commission was on with its game. Without his blessing, the Election Commission couldn't have done what it did. ,
And the second main culprit is Sikandar Sultan Raja. He was criminally negligent in conducting fair elections. This judgment should have framed charges against this man and ordered him to be handcuffed and taken to a dungeon.
Let's see what 8-judges do now with these two criminals of the nation.
