Was it really an attack or an entrapment?

After Imran Khan's arrest, an enraged mob starts from Liberty Chowk, Lahore, and marches towards Core Commander's house in Lahore Cantonment.
It took them over two hours to get there.

Punjab police, which used to be shadowing PTI at every corner was strangely missing.
It took the mob over two hours to reach Lahore Cantt and the Punjab police didn't know what the mob was doing or heading, in the capital of Punjab.

At every entry point of Lahore Cantt, MPs are deputed. In addition, there are armed personnel standing behind trees and in bunkers to encounter any untoward incident. As you enter Cantt you feel their presence and threatened.

Conspicuously, on that day nobody was there. And that begs the question, why?

Mob marches through the Cantt and arrives at Core Commander's house. Though the core commander was inside the house there were no security guards outside the house to stop the mob. So the mob goes inside and ransacks the house for hours without any interjection from police or military personnel.

One must be a lunatic to call all this but an entrapment.

Instead of blaming the incident on a few why IG, DIG, MP Commandant, as well as Spy chief, are not sacked and FIRs are registered against them?

Or did this was staged because the Core Commander earlier refused to play along with Asim Munir?

Core Commander submitted his resignation after the incident but was detained for reasons that army top brass has yet to explain.

it was planned to defame PTI and to arrest IK and for the very reason they stopped internet and social media. but they forgot people can record videos with mobile and can expose them later.

if you check footages, they nominated every civilian as criminal who was recording their crimes on phone and now they will be tortured to get those evidences removed. i hope those guys will share videos with someone before they get arrested.

Why have IG and DIG Punjab not been sacked and put in jail for their negligence?

Don’t know if we still have the video, there was an army officer/security guard simply standing there; making no interventions. That immediately had made me think there was something fishy.

The way folks were opening the gates and nobody stopping them was VERY obvious, it was an entrapment or an inside job to lead to a massive crackdown which they did and made it justified.

The public that was semi-sympathetic to IK may get discouraged and pull the plug for their support. But those who are well-informed and know the military’s tactics know very well who the perpetrators were. Of course, the narrative has already been set by the so-called intellectuals that it was pro-PTI supporters and they are gunning for the heads.

Who knows how many inside job attacks they have done in the past simply to justify bombardment of tribal areas during “WoT” for the general public.

This incident looks like a carbon copy of J6 insurrection of USA. And just like in USA the gates to capitol were opened by police and they guided protesters in to create visuals so this also looks similar. Same way here there are no authorities to protect the sensitive facilities.

In my opinion, They will most likely use this as a pretext to regulate social media and pass draconian laws to further infringe rights of citizens. The army trial will be most likely a sham trial and convicted people "mostly innocent" will be rewarded with harsh punishments ever. They will make an example out of it to instill unquestionable obedience and fear in citizens.

They are already creating an opinion for masses by calling these riots as an act of terrorism and designating it a black day.

Media, politicians and establishment is enforcing this idea every day by any chance they get.

Yes, looks like a conspiracy to end PTI or Khan's politics for good. However, it might backfire because of many PTI members are leaving the party and condemning so now Khan will able to remove wheat from shaft before these members sabotage Khan's next government.

However, comings days will decide what was the agenda behind all of this.
