PTI did not convince Punjab, its internal election wasted time and produced candidates that couldnt get elected.
Maybe they were clean, maybe they were good but they couldnt grab the votes thats all.
Thats all. IK plan worked in KPK as almost all candidates are new.
It also wud have worked in Karachi but Bhatta mafia stole the vote. Did not work in Punjab. Thats all.

When they spend 5 yr of NOORAS and their bullet trains and metrobus they may change their mind.
