After reading the 17 page 107 point report, there is nothing really in there we already don't know or hasn't been discussed, from illegal detention to fake cases, violation of numerous rights, military courts, mass arrests and illegal detentions to as well as clamp down on media over reporting on Khan.
The conclusion is interesting though. That not only Khan be immediately released but compensated too
99. The Working Group considers that, taking into account all the circumstances of the case, the appropriate remedy would be to release Mr. Khan immediately and accord him an enforceable right to compensation and other reparations, in accordance with international law.
100. The Working Group urges the Government to ensure a full and independentinvestigation of the circumstances surrounding the arbitrary deprivation of liberty ofMr. Khan and
to take appropriate measures against those responsible for the violation of his rights.
Then there are a few more points on follow up procedure that the Pakistani govt must do and report back to them in a six month period to ensure something like this doesn't happen again
