A few day ago, an army spokesperson said in a press conference that the army has no role in the election .... I agree per the constitution army has no role in the election ....
He said criticizing the army is like a revolt ... I know the army is to safeguard the country and they take an oath that they will not indulge in politics .... but when they do and break their oath then they no longer are a soldier of Pakistan and I will criticize them.
I have been in politics for the last 40 years and am familiar with everything. By breaking their oath they are no longer a soldier and it is not incumbent on me to give them respect..... go back and become a soldier by adhering to your oath and then I will give you respect and stand by you.
.... (army) has no role in the creation of Pakistan .... Pakistan was created by the efforts of Muslims of India and Pakistan ... people made it ... they gave sacrifices which resulted in the creation of Pakistan ... (army) didn't unfurl the flag of Pakistan, we did ..... (army's) role is in breaking Pakistan, not in the making.....
In 1971, more than 90,000 soldiers bowed down in front of a Hindu who cut our nose ... which brought nothing but shame to the whole nation ...
Don't scare me with the uniform .... I want to tell you all can't harm me by that ...
Stop harping about May 9, and declaring who did it is a traitor ... what about the rigging that you did in the last election ..... either come out and announce that you have done the rigging, if not then people have buried your allegations of May 9 .... in the last general election, people rejected your allegations ....
People have given a message that false assemblies are not acceptable ..... governments created by rigging are not representative of the people ...... these governments could be representative of the establishment but not of the people ......
