Bilawal lands in New York for women in Islam moot

UNITED NATIONS: Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari reached New York on Tuesday to attend the first UN conference on the rights of women in Islam and on the first International Day to Combat Islamophobia.

Pakistan, as the chair of the OIC Council of Ministers, is hosting the March 8 conference at the UN Headquarters in New York on the sidelines of the 67th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

“The general perception that Islam promotes the oppression of women is misplaced,” Pakistan’s UN mission said in a statement.

Why the commotion? Are his offensive words about women making headlines all around the world?

Wonder if your crush Billy boy will mention this in NY? 😇

So why not send a woman to represent pakistan at a woman's conference since he claims to be a progressive liberal leader. Or let me guess its not about women's rights conference and is in reality just another useless tour by an installed incompetent joker of a FM of a bankrupt country supported by arsewipe minions.

As for international media, well they also say this:

Former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been sentenced to 10 years in prison and fined $10.6 million on corruption charges linked to 2016 Panama Papers revelations about his family’s properties overseas.

The National Accountability Bureau, Pakistan’s anti-graft court, also has convicted Sharif’s daughter Maryam to a seven-year prison term and his son-in-law Muhammad Safdar to one year imprisonment.
