The court made the decision after it heard arguments from Amjad Pervez, Maryam and Safdar's counsel, as well as the NAB prosecutor.

The judge observed further that the issue will be taken up in the court when the time comes.

During Tuesday's hearing, Maryam and Safdar had filed an application seeking a change in their indictment on the grounds that their charge-sheet mentions submission of a "false" document [wherein the Calibri font was used].

Raja sahib lagta hai hai sirf heading hi parh ker tabsara ker diya, andar ka mudda nahi para; aur sath hi Pakistan kay dushman judges ko thori bohat gallyan bhi de din.

asan zubaan main sirf ye hi likha hai kay NAB apni tayen jali documents ki investigation karaygi, direct JIT ki report per saza nahi sunayee gi. Ab jali document jali hota hai, chahay JIT nikalay ya NAB. Calibri per pakri tu gayee hai bibi.

Laikin aik baat ki khushi hai logoon ki sooch main thori progress tu hui, pahlay poray tabbar ki masoomiat ka difaa kertay thay, ab ye baat hoti hai kay kon kon say jurm per saza milaygi aur kis jurm main bach jayengay.

Waisay..this offence is much more serious then corruption......corrupt tou Saray Pakistani hain but these royal chor even dare to submit fraudulent documents in Supreme Court ....in any other country this issue would have dealt 1st then any other...becouse it's already proven ,I just can't understand why these royal chors are given a special trial.this is shameful and ridiculous.

پورا لکھیں ، خصوصاً وکیل استغاثہ کی دہائی کہ اگر یہ چارج نہیں ڈالنا تو مقدمہ کیوں چلا رہے ہیں ، کیپٹن صفدر اور مریم صفدر پر تو صرف یہی الزام ہے کہ انہوں نے اس ٹرسٹ ڈیڈ پر دستخط کئے ، اگر ٹرسٹ ڈیڈ پر کلیبری فونٹ کا الزام نہیں ہے تو ٹرسٹ ڈیڈ جعلی کیسے ہے؟ یہ درخواست منظور کرنا ملزموں کی بریت کی درخواست منظور کرنے کے مترادف ہے

Usually when a new software is launched, it takes time for public to adapt it.

Officially Calibri was released with the launch of Office 2007 in Jan 2007. Beta testing of Office 2007 was available in mid-2006. Ofcourse the font would have been developed a few years back. But since this was a special font commission by Microsoft, I don't think that it was available before Microsoft released it.

Are you trying to assume that the govt office that released the document, were purposefully seeking any new font that might be available with a few testers? or try beta softwares in their machines. Normally companies don't change their operating systems or Office immediately once a new version is released. The fact that currently around 50% of Microsoft users still run Windows 7 (launched 2009) speaks volume about its adaptation.

So you can keep crying, but it doesn't change the fact that Maryam forged the documents.

Haqeeqat hi yahi k k Calibri font ka maamla adalat main uta hai, magar sabit nahi huwa. Agarcha yeh maamla deknay main waqai true lagta hai, lakin qanoon saboot maangti hai. Osi liye apki shehzaadi ab tak ap logo k liye available hai k ap log unkay pao daba sakay.. Warna agar osi waqt pooray saboot k sath yeh baat hoti, toh apki shehzadi ab tak jail main hoti.. Yahi maamla Nawaz Sharif ka hai, Jisko toh ab Dubai aur Saudia ne bhi jhoota qarar diya Gulf steel ki farokht k maamlay main.. Magar apka PM hai jo Kahta bhi hai aur lagata bhi, toh chori toh koi barhi baat nahi hai apkay nazdeed so we can understand your feelings..

The idea that a small to medium law firm in London would be interested in upgrading to a font that is not part of the standard windows is ridiculous. Law firms are not interested in testing beta versions, as they cannot charge their clients for that.
