Displaced families must return to their homes soon

People of Swat who are uprooted and displaced because of the military operation must return to their homes and lands if their villages and valleys have been got rid of the talibans and cleared of mines. They must not lose their homes and lands to the criminals and illegal wealthy properties that look for an opportunity to grab any land and home that appears vacant or unoccupied.

The government must ensure that people's properties are registered in the name of legal owners and secured while they are living in tents or far away from their homes. The government must ensure that that waderas, feudal lords, big zamindars, building contractrators and property developers do not illegally grab displaced persons residents and agricultural lands.

Often, it is found that in wars and battles, hard core criminal element encourages looting, rape and plunders of the vanquished and the locals; it must never be allowed to happen in Swat. I say this because a lot Indians, foreign insurgensts and criminals working for CIA, RAw, Mossad are working and living in Swat precisely for the reason: to create civil unrest, resentment and disorder in the valley. Any criminal or foreign agent found in subverise and illegal activities should be shot on sight.

Yes I agree with Saqib the Government should ensure all these i would like to add one more thing in it that dont forget "NIZAM-E-ADAL" is the demand of SAWAT people and must Implement with its actual shape otherwise in future again someone can stand and struggle for it and this story will start again so to prevent all these kind of indecent the Government should implement as soon after the insurgency and not only in SAWAT but must all our the country other wise this rubbish system of justice where minor cases prolong to the next generation will create again a monarchy in country. WE have to be unit and remember that Allah will only help us when we will act as Iqbal said:
