Do Justice Aminudin & Justice N Afghan Fit to Sit in SC as a Judge?

Any majority judgment of the court is the judgment and is binding. A judge can dissent from the judgment and write a note but that is nothing more than his opinion and is not a judgment.

If these two lunatics don't understand that then they should not be sitting in SC as a judge.

To the dumb bitches of Niazi, only decisions made under the law and constitution are binding. Decisions which are made for the sahoolat kari of a particular group, which are not within the ambit of any constitution.

For the implementation of which the provisions of the constitution have to be suspended, the institutions are not required to implement it. As simple as that
