Prohibiting of making fun, slandering, name calling, back biting 049 AL HUJRAAT 011 012 : Dedicated to Temojin
The Holy Quran and Hadith teach us that backbiting and slander are the worst of sins.
O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, in deeds some suspicions are sins. And spy not neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting). And fear God, verily, God is the one who accepts repentance, Most Merciful. (Quran 49: 12)
Prophet Muhammad said: "Do you know what backbiting is?" They said, "God and His Messenger know best." He then said, "It is to say something about your brother that he would dislike." Someone asked him, "But what if what I say is true?" The Messenger of God said, "If what you say about him is true, you are backbiting him, but if it is not true then you have slandered him." (Muslim)
In fact, Allah will hold those of us responsible who do nothing in the presence of people that are backbiting and slandering others. Islam teaches us that if people are being ridiculed or backbited in our presence, we should defend their honor. If we neglect this, we shall deprive ourselves of ever needed help and mercy from God. Imam al-Sadiq narrated that the Prophet (pbuh) said: Lo, whoever does a favor to his brother by refuting his backbiting upon hearing it in a gathering; God shall save him from a thousand kinds of evils in this world and in the Hereafter. And if he does not do so despite his ability to refute it, on him shall be the burden of one who commits backbiting seventy times. [Al-Hurr al-`Amili, Wasa'il al-Shi`ah, vol. 8, hadith no. 16316]
Prophet Muhammad(saw) said: "Whoever guarantees me (the chastity of) what is his private parts and his tongue, I guarantee him Paradise." [Sahih Bukhari Vol 8, Book 82, #799]
This tells us that even if we have enmity toward a person whom we want to backbite about, we should not resort to backbiting. It is stated in the traditions that the good deeds of the backbiter are transferred to the book of deeds of the victim of his backbiting, and the victim's sins are transferred to the record of the backbiter.

So mere dost jo bhi jihad ko null and void qaraar de de ham uski baat hee na kerein (ghamdi) ya jo banda poori qoum ko gali deta rahay aur khud apni zindagi mein intihayee baddiyanat, rishwat khor, badzuban aur logon ka haq khanay wala ho uske liye bhi chup rahayin (hasan nisar). I hope you were referring to both these.
Now the issue is when people become public property, they need to be discussed, otherwise, discussing obama's acts, musailmah kazzab's issue etc. all should be null and void.
Mujhe agar yeh pata hai ke ghamdi naam ka so called scholar jo har vaqt acchayee ki baatein kerta hai usne eik talaaq ke masala pe eik aurat ko kaha (jab halaalay ka masala ho gaya) ke halaala naguzeer hai to mein ker leta hoon halaanke halaala is niyyat se to ho hee nahi sakta ke aarzi shadi ho ya phir yeh ke kisi ki talaaq ko isliye mafaad banaya jaye ke voh aurat khoobsoorat thee.
I am thankful to Allah that when ghamdi asked my parents to hand me over to him so he could make a shining star out of me, they didn't do it.
