One member of NAB team found talking Mallik Riaz it was dubious whole NAB dismantle/Shoaib Suddle as special guest remain in Valima of Arsalan for 3 days he Paviter?

again this is non-issue ...... all we know is ... shoaib saddal is a very honest person and somehow I know him because one of his close relative was our family doctor :) (again sarkari doctor who is still driving an old mehran car . unlike many doctors ) .. and he is honest to the core ..... at least far more better than malik riaz ...

now again ... I dont like CJ or Malik Riaz .... but with Shoaib saddal . im dead sure and I am a witness of his honesty .

Its good opportunity for Shoaib Suddle to proove himself his honesty/if succeed doing that he may be most honourable no doubt.Yeah Koyi Hamari Zaati Dushmani tu Nahi hAi/who ever does good for PAkistan I simply love him.

ایک منٹ بھائی! اس میں ایک اضافہ کر لیں ،الزام یہ بھی ہے کہ مرتضیٰ قتل کیس کا منصوبہ آصف زرداری نے بنایا تھااور اس وقت کے اخبارات کھل کر اس بات کا اظہار کر رہے تھے۔اس طرح سے تو شعیب سڈل زرداری کے دست راست بنے۔تو پھر زرداری گروپ کو شعیب سڈل پر کیوں اعتراض کررہا ہے؟​

چیف جسٹس کہتا ہے کہ اٹارنی جنرل نے اگرچہ کہ "جرم" نہیں کیا جب وہ چپ رہے اور یہ نہیں بتلایا کہ وہ ملک ریاض کے وکیل رہے ہیں۔ چنانچہ اس بنیاد پر "جرم نہ ہوتے ہوئے بھی" یہ الزام لگا دیا کہ نیب کی تحقیقات غیر منصفانہ ہوں گی۔

مگر دوسری طرف خود چیف جسٹس ہے، جس کے متعلق ضابطہ اخلاق کا قانون بھی موجود ہے، مگر پھر بھی یہ چیف جسٹس ملک ریاض کے خلاف مقدمے کی سماعت کرتا اور 4 گھنٹے تک ملک ریاض کو کھڑا کر کے ذلیل و خوار کرتا رہتا ہے حالانکہ ملک ریاض نے شروع میں ہی عدالت کو بتلا دیا تھا کہ اسکے پاس وکیل نہیں ہے۔ ایسے میں عدالتی کاروائی کو 4 گھنٹے تک جاری رکھنا کیا چیف جسٹس کا "انصاف" ہے؟

شعیب سڈل کے خلاف عدالت میں کیس ہے اور عدالت اسکی تاریخ ہی نہیں دے رہی۔ اس لحاط سے شعیب سڈل اور عدالت پر شک جاتا ہے۔ چنانچہ کیا یہ بہتر نہیں کہ کیس ایسے شخص کے حوالے کیا جائے جس پر عدالت میں کوئی کیس نہ ہو؟ بلکہ فرد واحد پر ہی انحصار کیوں، کیا یہ بہتر نہیں کہ ایک کمیشن قائم کیا جائے جو مشترکہ طور پر تحقیقات کرے؟

اگر اٹارنی جنرل نیب جیسے ادارے پر اثر انداز ہو سکتا ہے تو چیف جسٹس پھر ایک فرد واحد پر اثر انداز کیوں نہیں ہو سکتا جبکہ اسکا کیس بھی عدالت میں اٹکا ہوا ہو؟

اچھا جی ، میرے علم میں نہیں تھا کہ کیس درج ہونے سے انسان قاتل ثابت ہو جاتا ھے .
چیف جسٹس کے بیٹے کے ولیمے میں سینکڑوں اہم شخصیات نے شرکت کی اور شعیب سڈل یقینی طور پر ایک اہم شخصیت کے زمرے میں آتے ہیں ، یہ کونسا جرم ھے ​

Ustad, you should have asked him, according to his logic, Zardari and Nawaz Noora, Shahbaz Tikolo etc are thieves they have case registered against them.

Also Tafu should be declared a murderer with his cronies, they have plenty of murder cases registered against them.
I think there are allegations of Zardari and BB's involvements with the murder of her brother (s).

How many you will disagree Shoaib Suddle who was IGP Sindh and Wajid Durrani DIG was not aware of operation to kill Murtaza,when hundreds of police commando,s were waiting at teen Talwar to D10 Clifton for Murtaza to come back after Jalsa at SurJaani,he was getting enough popularity and was likely to dislodge Zardari/Benazir from PPP.

Those who are defending Murtaza Bhutto against Shoaib Suddle need to answer many a questions. What had Murtaza done FOR Pakistan? Hijack a plane? and kiss many innocents? Just like you are saying there was a case registered against Shoaib, similarly there was a case registered much prior to this incident. AND, what were all those wanted people with Murtaza doing at the time he was killed, who opned the fire first? and if Murtaza was so sure about his murder, why did he not seek a police protection and hand himself over to police or those who were wanted rather than carrying illegal Klashnikovs and making ruthless display of arms. These guys were armed to their teeth when they were stopped by the cops and first ones to open fire. Itna muhib-e-watan thaa, tou aa kar peoples party kay against rebeliion karta? he was just into a power struggle where he was over powered by Zardari and now people are laming his death around.

WAS GETTING populartiy, right? popularity for what? having criminals around him? no doubt he was more qualified and educated than any of the political lot today, rather all the politcial lot today (many of us around wont be knowing he actually did a Ph. D in political sciences) but he like other bhuttos was power hungry. his death did raise many a questions BUT.... so was his life....
