musalmaanu ko aik karne ka tareqa sirf aur sirf yeh hai keh log islam ko batore deen tasleem karen aur mazhabi zehniyat se niklen. is ke liye quran per gehre ghoro fikar ki zaroorat hai jo baghair ilm haasil kiye mumkin nahin hai. ilm ke darwaaze musalmaanu ne khud per aik arse se band kiye huwe hen un ko kholne ki zaroorat hai. yeh kaam log aik doosre ki madad ke baghair kar hi nahin sakte. is main zaati mufaad paratiyan aade aati hen. mazhab bazaate khud zaati mufaad ka hi naam hai keh aik aadmi sirf apni nijaat chahta hai aur jin baatun ko woh apni nijaat ka zariya samajhta hai un per hi amal karta hai. secularism main bhi zaati kaamyaabi hi ko behtar samjha jaata hai.
deen aik alag cheez hai keh yeh ummat ka mutqaazi hai jis main sab ko mil jul kar aik nizaam ke teht zindagi basar karni hoti hai. deen is name of goals and guidelines for which is needed a program, a constitution and laws so that people organise and regulate themselves into a proper human community.
This is why it is not possible for people to have sects in deen because they have same program, constitution and laws due to very same goals and guidelines.
mazhab is merely assumptions of people which have no real basis but deen is a properly founded thing that is why deene islam is called siraate mustaqeem ie a way of life that is firmly founded or properly rooted. Many vitally important points about the quran and deen of islam have been explained clearly in detail HERE and HERE. Educated people cannot afford to not to go through these links for better understanding of things and build upon that and share these links wherever they participate regarding deen of islam.

It is not obligatory to Sacrifice Cow on Eid-ul-Azha
Dr. Zakir Naik is a Scholar of comparative religion. Hundreds of non-Muslim have accepted Islam after listening to his lectures. Non of us can compare himself with Dr. Zakir Naik's efforts toward preaching of Islam and his command in Qur'aan and Sunnah and other religions.
I cant understand why people of different sects are either biased or have hatred towards him. He himself says that he calls himself only a 'Muslim' and he does not associate himself with any sect.
Now let's come to the point you raised! Qurbani, sacrificing animals on Eid-ul-Azha is 'Wajib' for those who can afford it. The animal has to be one of the cattle approved by the Shari'ah; as Allaah says;
(6:143) (Take) eight (head of cattle) in (four) pairs: of sheep a pair, and of goats a pair; say, hath He forbidden the two males, or the two females, or (the young) which the wombs of the two females enclose? Tell me with knowledge if ye are truthful:
(6:144) Of camels a pair, and oxen a pair; say, hath He forbidden the two males, or the two females, or (the young) which the wombs of the two females enclose? - Were ye present when Allah ordered you such a thing? But who doth more wrong than one who invents a lie against Allah, to lead astray men without knowledge? For Allah guideth not people who do wrong.
(Al-Maaida; 5:1) أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَوْفُوا بِالْعُقُودِ ۚ
Yusuf Ali : O ye who believe! fulfil (all) obligations.
Shakir : O you who believe! fulfill the obligations.
Pickthal : O ye who believe! Fulfil your indentures.
Mohsin Khan: O you who believe! Fulfil (your) obligations.
Saheeh: O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts.
So if India has a law not to slaughter a Cow than a Muslim living in India should respect the law, and still he has other animals to sacrifice on Eid days such as Sheep, goat and Camels. This is also true for eating meat on a regular day.

اور اونٹ اور گائے سے دو دو قسمیں پیدا کیں تو پوچھ دونوں نر حرا م کیے ہیں یا دونوں مادہ یا وہ بچہ جو دونوں مادہ کے رحم میں ہے کیا تم موجود تھے جس وقت الله نے تمہیں حکم دیا تھا پھر اس سے زیادہ ظالم کون ہے جو الله پر جھوٹا بہتان باندھے تاکہ لوگو ں کو بلا تحقیق گمراہ کرے بے شک الله ظالموں کو ہدایت نہیں کرتا
Now if a Muslim is living in a non-Muslim country even than he should obey the Laws of that country as long they are not preventing a Muslim to perform their obligatory religious duties:
