my solution.

1.There should be one education system in Pakistan. Urdu or English.
2. Raise the salary of teachers to 25,000
3. There should be some exams/tests for teachers, every year to judge their capability. All those who fail in above mentioned test should be FIRED. Appoint fresh new female teacher throughout Pakistan.

I have worst experience in govt colleges and these professors dont pay attention in college but they all make money through private tuitions so that why everybody takes private tuition.
I think all the teachers and in colleges . i m not talking abt school, should be ban to teach through private tuitions so they will show their effort in colleges otherwise they will never give attention if they can make money in private tuition.
