Eid al Adha and the Muslim Ummah

Imam Shafi' said, "All humans are dead except those who have knowledge ... and all those who have knowledge are asleep, except those who do good deeds ... and those who do good deeds are deceived, except those who are sincere
... and those who are sincere are always in a state of worry."

"O you, who believe! Fear Allah (swt) as HE (swt) should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam. And hold fast all of you together to the rope of Allah (swt) and be not divided amongst yourselves." (Ali-Imran 3:101-102)

On the day Eid-ul-Adha we will notice that the Muslims in the different places of the world will celebrate Eid on different days. Some will celebrate on Tuesday and some are going to be celebrating on Wednesday or may be on Thursday?

According to the hadith of the Prophet (saw) the next day of Arafat is the day that we should celebrate Eid. Bukhari, 5/17, Abu Dawood: Manasik 71... Muslim: Kitaab Eidein ..... All of them refer to the day of 10th of Zulhijjah as the Day of Eid-ul-Adha. However the hadith which is narrated by Ibn Majah V2 Kitaab As-Siyaam, Chapter 9 Hadith No. 1659 Subject of: The two days of Eid: Hadathana Muhammad Bin Omar Al-Muqri, Hadathana Ishaq Bin I'ssa Hadathana Hammad Bin Zaid from Ayoub from Muhammad Bin Sireen from Abu Hureirah (ra) said: The Messenger (saw) said: "(Eid) Al-Fitr is the day you break your fast and (Eid) Al-Adha is the Day you Slaughter."

Some will celebrate Eid on the 16 of November and some on the 17th or 18th of November instead of celebrating as one united Ummah and even within the USA Muslims will probably celebrate on two different days. These differences show there is something missing and that there most definitely is a problem when we Muslims cannot agree on when to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha on ONE universal day worldwide when in fact it is possible to determine it TEN days ahead. Though we repeatedly claim that we are all Muslims, with one Aqeedah and are one brotherhood, why are there then these differences existing amongst Muslims in different parts of the world?

Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an, "The believers are brothers." (Al-Hujurat 49:10)

While we will be busy celebrating Eid just spare a thought for the Muslims worldwide who are suffering by the kuffar -the massacred Muslim found in Kosovo, Chechnya, Kashmir, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Somalia and Sudan and the innocent women, children and men who have been and who are butchered by the West, the Crusaders and its Puppets for the last century, the deprived, orphaned children in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Muslim sisters are raped and demonized in Kashmir, Bosnia, Kosovo and Chechnya, the sisters being denied basic human rights to education in Turkey, Canada and France because of their Islamic clothing, the list is endless yet the solution to the problems is no nearer.

The Prophet (saw) said "One drop of a Muslim blood is worth more than the Kabah and its surroundings" (Bukhari and Muslim).

If someone were to bomb and destroy the Kaa'ba there would be an outcry amongst the Muslims worldwide and they would speak as one entity yet they remain silent and don't move while these endless atrocities are taking place every minute of every hour of every day and Muslim blood is shade in the name of TERRORISM while the Muslim Ummah is silently watching! We Muslims are thinking by our emotions and not by what Islam teaches us to do. It is a shameful day for the Ummah of Muhammad (saw) being a silent spectator on the face of murder, rape and genocide of our mothers, sons, daughters, brothers and elders.

So why do we Muslims lack a basic bond of brotherhood and unity amongst ourselves when our Aqeedah, our binding force is so strong? The fact that as Muslims we are discussing the issue of UNITY, or the lack of it,

in context of as an Ummatun-Wahida (ONE Nation) suggests that as an Ummah we are largely disunited. Therefore, if we cast a glance over the Ummah of RasoolAllah (saw) today, this notion is proven to be correct. One Ummah NO LONGER occupies that stance of Ummatun-Wahida. Instead Our Blessed Land has been broken into pieces which has caused smaller entities that are disunited and divided and which has caused Muslims to loose their identity. They BECAME Pakistani, Kuwaitis and Jordanian first and Muslims second.

Disunity, division, and disarray have arisen not just as a mere Coincidence. The fall of Muslims from the best nation sent to mankind is a direct result of the massive military, cultural and missionary invasion of the Muslim world by the kuffar, the disbelievers to the extent that the Muslim Land was broken up and certain systems, ideologies-ideas and thoughts were placed, infringed and enforced upon our lands which remain to this day.

Foreign concepts and ideas have been confused with the ideology of Islam. Our countries and their puppet regimes are controlled by the Western world and are there to serve anything but the needs of the Muslims. They rule by what benefits them not what the Quran and Sunnah say. Indeed the situation that we are in today where we are over 57 countries divided by artificial borders imposed on us by those who destroyed our Islamic Identity (Khilafati-Usmania) on 3rd March, 1924 is one of dismay.

The situation today is completely unacceptable, and we are obliged as an Islamic Ummah to regain our authority from these rulers and reestablish again an Islamic leadership which would implement Shariah law through the Khilafah.

The prophet (saw) said,

The knots of Islam will be broken one after the other, the first knot to be broken is the knot of ruling, the last is the knot of prayer." (Muslim)

The knot of ruling was broken in 1924 by the destruction of the Khilafah, now it seems the knot of Salah is also in danger and now the celebration of Eid-ul Adhathat cannot even be celebrated on one day-what else is left?

O Muslims let us be part of the unified body of the Muslim Ummah, we cannot be divorced from each other and we should not give any organization (UN) or an individual the chance to disassociate ourselves from the rest of the global Ummah. Let us work on implementing the Aqeedah and Shar iah of celebration of Eid together as One united, strong, fearless Ummah.

Allah (swt) clearly states:

"Allah has promised those who have believed are performed the good deeds, that He will of a surely grant them authority on the Earth, as He granted it to those before them and that He established an authority their Deen which He had chosen for them and that He will change their state of fear into one of peace and security." (An-Nur 24:55)

Unity is not a dream: it will be a visible (InshaAllah) as Allah (swt) does not legislate dreams in Quran Al-Karim. Islam must be established through an intellectual and a political struggle (Amr Bil Maruf Wa Nahi Anil Munkr) no matter wherever we are in order to bring this unity and establish Islam in its totality.

Unity is what we must strive for: not on the basis of what is desirable, rather, on the basis of it being an Islamic Obligation. It is defined clearly by Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw), it is an obligation upon us to tear down the borders and boundaries that are currently dividing our Ummah. It is an Obligation that we dismantle the kufr concepts that cast a shadow over our Minds and Lands, and it is an Obligation that we must UNITE the Blessed Muslim Lands as One Land, One Ummah under One State i.e. Khilafah. Victory (by the will of Allah) will be granted to this Ummah by the grace of Allah (swt) as long we strive for and follow Quran and Sunnah inshaAllah through an Intellectual a Political struggle-nonviolent means!

We will never be Silent!

A Time to Think

A Time to Change

A Time for Action

Time to wake-up sleeping Giant!

Remember there is no Life nor Dignity without Islam!

This the reason of our current condition.
We dont learn from our PAST.

The suffering will continue till we wake up and start following the "True Path".

Why should we follow Saudi Arabia, while we have authentic Hadith about the sighting of moon.
Rasool Allah said, "Look for the new moon, if there are clouds then make the month of 30"
