Now the ex husband is suing the app for $66.7m NZ that is equivalent to $45 million for ruining his marriage. In actual, the application kept on sending the notifications on her iPhone despite of the fact that he had logged out from his account. He just once signed his Uber account on her phone. But the cab application is not sending him notifications on time. He received notifications long after he had logged out.
