Hi All,
I did not say that birth of a girl looks funny, i said the character of shafqat cheema is quite funny. Second one I watched this movies day before yesterday, no doubt I strictly condemned some dialogues but there is a lesson behind the story.
1) we should treat our wives as a human rather then a child birth machine,
2) we should educate our children whether they are girls or boys,
3) our community are so insane, we should take care of our home and society what kind of peoples are around our children where they studied or their work place.
4) we should not interpret Islam in our own views or thinking just to fill our desires.
5) Children needs parents attention rather then their money or status.
Last but not least I want to add over here, we should eliminate those activities where women or girls are used to earn the money.
Govt can't do everything. we have to by ourselves.
If someone hurt by my this post then I deeply apology for that.

In the past professional families used to provide talented and tactful female dancers and courtesans in the royal Mughal palace or to Maharajahs or Nawabs. It was simply the Indian culture all across the border limits, just before the arrival of British colonists, until then slavery was not considered very unlawful or demeaned act full with agony, so being a dancer was not probably that unworthy job, as it is considered today. Certainly in our times, in the presence of counter narratives and as women have gained lot high and prestigious place in society: they are yet striving hard to get it more proper place, so the social commentary has changed on 180 degree scale.

I am not suggesting that women should continue very unwanted life style as such, 'Dancing girls of Heera Mandi'.... but what I am saying is that, it is mere echo of our recent history.
