Diplomacy i think IK has done well. Many countries of world dont give a toss about kashmir but due too modi mistake abd IK diplmacy it has made the issue international.

As for UAE and SA if pk is willing too go to war against Iran then you can have some sympathy from them. Thats the kind of diplomacy they want..........

Indian Govt. had factored in the consequences of the decision which has been taken. My point was Govt. will not hold back on doing away with 370 just because people will start talking about Kashmir. They were absolutely clear that the article had to go. It was clearly mentioned in all their election manifestos and this time around they were determined.

It is not a muslim issue or about controlling, dominating anyone, but about social justice and all round development in the region. J&K has Hndus, Sikhs, Buddhists as well. Buddhist majority Ladakh is separated and is no longer part of J&K. As per the constitution the provision was temporary to begin with and it took seven long decades to take the bold decision.

Of course Rahul Gandhi or any other opposition leader will not be allowed as the situation is not yet normal, to do their politics. Why would they allow politicians from outside Kashmir when even the mainstream Kashmiri leaders are still under detention. Yes, we have to see how the situation pans out once blockade is completely lifted and hopefully the govt. will be able to control it.
