In this case it was an adult who made the decision than how come the algorithm does not apply sane or insane.

Because of this reason, Kids are not responsible for their deeds, as per Islam. So no hell for them
Why hell for sinner, because you saw in this case, the repercussion of father's decision is affecting so many lives. (BTW, in this case nobody is hurt but imagine cases where one person is killed and so many lives are affected).
Again telling you, reflection upon your inner side is necessary.

I don't care how Indians are behaving here, but I do care about Pakistanis. Our behavior should not reflect what Indians have been doing with us. Our elders did not conquer Hindustan by reflecting the same what they had been doing.
BTW, I work with some Indians and I am always a victim of their ridicule. I have found them looking after every inch of weakness in us and they have been badly after our media in search of our weaknesses. My experience with Indians only tells me that they have just learnt to hate us in past 64 years. We cannot stop their hatred for us as it is in their blood. the only way I can think of reacting against their hatred for us is behaving in the best possible way.
And this is the teaching of our Prophet. Unfortunately, Indians don't have such an excellent role-model like Prophet Muhammad pbuh.
With regard to me, I am active on siasat pk for only a couple of months (may be). My intention is to leave positive marks behind me.
Again, my apologies for hurting you but my intention was pure.
