The website is pathetic and not easy to use. I have to call NADRA helpline in Islamabad many times. Some who answered was helpful but most of them were least helpful.
I complained to a director of NADRA about the site and he was surprised. He told me that I was the only one who has complained about the site. They live in a different world.

He was the chairman of Nadra in 2013. There was demand from PTI to verify the votes with finger prints. PMLN said it is not possible. Tariq Malik was the chairman of Nadra and he said it is possible and he can do it in few days. Shehbaz Sharif and Rana Sana called him Lahore and threatened him to change is stance or else ready to face the music. He left the country alongwith his family.
Back in December 2019 when I applied for brother, I uploaded all Pakistani expired documents and also current valid US passport and ID and the end printout Urdu for for finger print and signature, uploaded that form and pictures then at last ask for payments and we paid through credit card and got the Pakistani ID (CHIP ONE) in 30 days by dhl.

Very poor service. Applied online with the standard application, so should have got the card in 31 days...almost 3 months later and still nothing. Application still in process. Have emailed the caseworker Muhammad Ikram several times and he doesn't respond. Unprofessional and lazy staff, not replying to messages.
