There is no constitutional way to avoid elections within 90 days. And by breaking the constitution, it will lead to civil war in the country.I think he means PDM finding a way to avoid elections within 90 days, irony is the D in PDM![]()
Chawalzade, the IMF tranche was suspended from the last quarter of 2021 of Niazi's government.Country was still going bankrupt despite friendly opposition (Muk Maka) between PPP and PMLN. Blaming Imran for the mess will get you nowhere…
And this new Khachar Hafiz is better? How? Aren’t they from the same traitorous army? So why does it matter if it was Hafiz or Faiz? They are all the same…IMO, main reason for his ouster was to negate him his plans of making Faiz COAS, this would have no doubtedly turned into the most terrible disaster of our history
It’s violation of the constitution of PakistanNo, I believe that given the country's economic situation and the PTI's recent bad relationship with the establishment, the election of provincial assemblies will be somehow postponed to be held alongside the general elections in the fall of this year.
What would Fiaz have done? Locked up opposition on frivolous sedation charges, gagged media, arrested journalists and tried to delay elections?I agree with your last para but look at the this scenario: IMO, main reason for his ouster was to negate him his plans of making Faiz COAS, this would have no doubtedly turned into the most terrible disaster of our history, how farigh that Faiz guy was, we dont need to prove anymore after witnessing pti's own hate campaign against faiz plus we all are seeing results of his failed strategy on Afghanistan
Is the cost that we are paying today worth the Pakistan without Faiz as coas and niazi's adventures that would have come along? Only time shall tell!

Well rememberedRemember when PPP and PMLN did charter of democracy? And then Nawaz Kutta went to court against PM Gilani on the behest of establishment?
Because Bajwa traitor started regime change operation. A price you must pay for causing political instability.Chawalzade, the IMF tranche was suspended from the last quarter of 2021 of Niazi's government.
Faiz would have done the same as Hafiz is doing. Only thing different would be that PDM would have been the target instead of PTI.What would Fiaz have done? Locked up opposition on frivolous sedation charges, gagged media, arrested journalists and tried to delay elections?
Thank God we dodged that bullet![]()
You should be since you were the biggest champion of constitution when Imran was dodging vote of confidence. If breaking the constitution was wrong back then, it is wrong still and will be in the future. You can’t change the goal post depending on your personal Bughaz / bias…
Oho bhai mein tu dar gaya.
wasnt this already being done under pti? What would Fiaz have done? Locked up opposition on frivolous sedation charges, gagged media, arrested journalists and tried to delay elections?

Yes, I agree, but if you read the thread's article, you'll see that the argument that financial crisis prevents separate elections for provincial and federal assemblies is not a nonsense argument that the court could just simply dismiss. It’s violation of the constitution of Pakistan. When Imran violated the constitution by avoiding vote on no confidence, courts / establishment intervened, and enforced the constitution. Now if courts, establishment, election commission and imported govt violate the constitution by delaying the elections, people of Pakistan will intervene and enforce the constitution. This is how constitution works. You cannot pick and choose what to follow and what to not.

And weren’t PDM against this?wasnt this already being done under pti?
It’s not about the argument in court. It’s about the constitution of PakistanYes, I agree, but if you read the thread's article, you'll see that the argument that financial crisis prevents separate elections for provincial and federal assemblies is not a nonsense argument that the court could just simply dismiss.
That's stupid; whether it was Niazi's or Munshi's government, the IMF conditions were not met for political reasons. Was Bajwa preventing Niazi from carrying out the terms of the agreement? Chawlazade.Because Bajwa traitor started regime change operation. A price you must pay for causing political instability.
Yes, by starting the regime change operation in late 2021, he pushed PTI govt to violate IMF terms. Political uncertainty and instability is the root cause of all the problems we are facing today…Was Bajwa preventing Niazi from carrying out the terms of the agreement?
Well as I have said earlier, we'll soon see a magic in coming days. It’s not about the argument in court. It’s about the constitution of Pakistanthat doesn’t allow delay in elections after 90 day limit is reached. Courts cannot write the constitution, only interpret it. If a delay is not allowed in the constitution, then courts cannot make a law that does or give a judgment that support the delay.
Then you will also see magic on the streets once courts allow delay in the elections, openly violating constitution of PakistanWell as I have said earlier, we'll soon see a magic in coming days.
