This is how constitution works. You cannot pick and choose what to follow and what to not.

that doesn’t allow delay in elections after 90 day limit is reached. Courts cannot write the constitution, only interpret it. If a delay is not allowed in the constitution, then courts cannot make a law that does or give a judgment that support the delay.
