Surah 84 AL-INSHIQAQ-Information explosion about the creation and the revelation among mankind in due course will help people develop and prosper into a proper human community in the kingdom of God that will eventually lead humanity to fulfil the purpose for which God created it and the rest of the creation.
This surah is named AL-INSHIQAAQ from root SHEEN, QAAF and QAAF. Already explained it means expansion or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose. Also explosion or inflation or something blown up or torn apart or opened up or ripped open or an explanation or detail or division or dissention or separation or something cut into pieces or dissection or analysis or a detailed examination of something or research or exploration or enlargement or extension, to probe something or inquire into something, to seek or search for something, to grow or grow bigger or expand or extend or stretch, to go deeper into something, to try to get to the bottom of something, to try to get full picture about something, to try to understand something fully, to undertake a comprehensive study of something, to rip apart something, to fall apart or into pieces or shatter or break up into pieces, to collapse or give in or give up or come to an end or conclude or complete etc etc.
This surah is named AL-INSHIQAAQ because it is about explosion of information about the real world realities that will help mankind understand the real world realities properly to a degree and that will in turn help mankind know the revealed message of God for mankind properly. This full understanding of both the creation of God and the revelation of God will provide mankind with solid foundation to build their proper human community upon in the kingdom of God. Till mankind reach that state of knowledge about things they will remain confused and in chaos always and everywhere in this world. So if people want a best possible world for themselves then becoming literate, educated, trained and thinking human beings is the only way for them. All other ways of life will hold them hostages and prisoners both in minds and bodies and there will not be any escape unless a fight is put up such people in a sensible way which leads them to their freedom. So remaining ignorant, illiterate, uneducated, untrained and unable to think about things properly is no solution for any human problem at all. It is made clear that mankind are here to live regardless they like it or not because that is what Allah decided on his own and he did that because there was no one about to object to what he wanted to do. Because Allah created the world and the people so he gave them a program, a constitution and a law as well as freedom to do as they please with ample warnings about facing consequences. They are told that if they will follow his advice their journey in this world will be made easier for them otherwise they can think and do as they like and face the outcomes of those thoughts and actions as a human family. Ultimately humanity will arrive at the same end that is already pointed out for it in order top fulfil the purpose of God for which he has created it ie it will become a proper human community in a kingdom for ensuring its own well being with help and full support of each other and that way will carry out program of God as it ought to. However one type of journey will be as easy as possible for them as compared to any other type of journey which could be full of painful suffering over a very, very long period of time. So it is up to mankind themselves which way they decide to go and what is to be expected along that way. It matters not whether they find way to their God set target through their own life experiences through their interactions with each other and the rest of the universe and things in it or through divine revelation as well. If mankind understand properly and follow divine revelation faithfully then time of journey will be cut short as well as humanity will save itself from a lot of unnecessary bother and suffering.
Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind,

However before they do so, they will have advanced sufficiently as regard exploration of the earth. The reason for exploration of the earth before the exploration of the heavens is because information gained from exploring the earth will help explore things elsewhere in the universe.

7] however any community that is given Our revealed book for it and it understands it properly and goes by it faithfully
8] experiences a quicker and easier journey to its set destination
9] so it happily turns to its people to reform itself into a proper human community in a kingdom for ensuring its own well being through help and full support of each other.
10] However any community that is given Our revealed book for it but it ignores it and turns its back on it
