I can understand what are you trying to say. But my friend, if you think deeply you are going against your own arguments. Let me explain.
AI is there, if Imran Khan or PTI uses it or not. By denying it uses by them it is not going away, period.
As for people abusing IK or PTI using AI because IK himself mimic his voice through AI. That's not valid. IK had been attack in the past from media, from his opponents, politicians, military rulers, those attacks included IA generated attacks too, both on IK and PTI. So him/pti using AI is irrelevant. Whoever want to use AI and created fake audio/video files against IK/PTI would have done that, irrespective of IK's use of AI. I hope you get my drift.

PTI was mocked for being a social media party.....and PTI turned out to be the most popular, online and offline.
Now PTI is being mocked for the online jalsa. Well...if this was a matter of joke to haters, then why on earth did the mighty establishment feel the need to throttle internet?

This is going to go on forever. This is not the 90s anymore. Not the age of illiterate voters anymore. Things have changed. It takes a generation to change things.

Look at PMLN and PPP....they are stuck in first gear with the dead lot voter base on the 90s, which has refused to grow over the past decade. Theres a reason why Maryam and Bilawal are not finding any traction, despite being 'brand names' of their respective parties. And theres a reason why PTI is flourishing even under a never before known Marwat.

Change always takes time.

Being a leader in technology is not the issue here. The issue is the control. In the West, as you said there are regulatory bodies, and people are not out of control as we Pakistanis are. But thanks for understanding the concern. Hope it is understood my more people.

Right from the day of its birth, the only thing PTI was missing is "the control". There has never been any unity and order in its ranks and files. It heavily relied on its narrative on social media. But this media was never in control of anyone. People used it to promote their own agendas and self-projection. And many have made millions by being unauthorized mouthpieces of PTI and Imran Khan.

This mouthpiece business has burnt PTI and Imran Khan's real image and highly damaged its real peaceful face. Being blunt is a different thing, but IK has never promoted violence, yet his image is being tarnished all over the world with the visuals of May 9th. The un-washable record over records of the violent outbursts of these unauthorized mouthpieces are available to add colors to this tarnished painting of Imran Khan.

Yet we have opened another avenue to this stupidity, by running a virtual AI image of Imran Khan. Who the hell will control it and Who the hell will authorize it from being used again and again and for what purposes? There is no need to put the list together. It is frustrating even to think about it.

I am always abused and ridiculed over pointing out the faults in our own strategies. But please know that "I want the real Imran Khan who was born in the house of Ikram Ullah Niazi and Sokat Khanum". Not one born in the processor of a mentally dead and out-of-control PTI blogger. Hope everyone understands what I want to say.

You seems to end up at the wrong side of the most arguments. Pak is suffering because Pakistanis are surrendering. Their freedom of speech, their freedom to chose a government, freedom of justice etc.
Instead if they were fighting against injustices, they would be in better place. And the country wouldn't be destroyed like it is now because of surrenders, it would have been stronger.

Social media has changed the way companies run their marketing. Mainstream channels fight for advertisments, but no name food bloggers on you tube get ads from recognised firms posted on their videos. Difference and change is obvious.

Pakistan is already eons behind India. Actions of the current establishment are an attempt to ensure we remain there. But this is 2023. More is happening in a week than used to happen in a year.

PTI has largely attracted educated folks, who always refused to come out of their homes on election day. Now the situation is different. Those same burgers, mummy daddys, have become a thorn in the side of PDM and establishment.
