Unfortunately not just in Afghanistan but a lot of our rural culture all across Pakistan its the same situation where women are kept behind doors under the guise of "parda" and mostly just used as maids that don't get paid a salary.
If anyone wants to quick look into this, just look at the many "dehati" youtubers who have now subs in the millions and become famous and practically rich and living life beyond their wildest dreams, having lavish parties, buying expensive cars, gadgets and over seas trips but you will never see their Mrs, Sisters, mothers or any women at these parties, trips or any of their videos, kyun ke hum izzat dar hai aur ghar ki khuwateen ko parda karatay hai.
All kind of Trips, gatherings and celebrations are mostly just sausage parties.
There is extreme segregation of genders in our rural areas, not to the point of the tattiban but it exists.

Its his culture and religion. He does not have to display his wife to the world if he does not want to. It is his choice and I respect that. Disgusting to see haters spread venom against him. Racist and ignorant comments. I am a pathan and I would have done the same, it does not mean that woman are suppressed and that bs. Family hay kanjhar yah randi khana nahin. If someone wants to display their wives, daughters on social media, onlyfans and all that crap in so called name of freedom, it is their choice but don't enforce your views on others. Respect everyones culture and traditions.
