you will only get those only buying if you are lucky. Otherwise you will be paying 10 15 more per pound.
you wont be able to sell even at interbank rate.

Go outside the money changer, find someone looking for pounds, give them less rate than money changer as incentive. Be careful of fraudulent peoples.

Yes, if you find someone who wants to remit money to Pakistan then you can just make a deal with them. Get their cash payment their and then locally transfer your rupee's to their account.
