Yes I know that but were conducted on old rules and amendments passed during Zia rule. So those elections ccan never bring any change.

وہ تو انہوں نے ضیاء دور کا مسودہ اُٹھایا اور جلدی جلدی جیسے تیسے الیکشن کر الیے ۔ نا کوئی تیاری اور نا کچھ اور بس الیکشن کرادیے۔ اور میں نے سُنا ہے کہ انہیں ابھی کوئی اختیارات ہی نہیں دئیے گئے۔ ویسے انکے پاس سوائے نالیوں اور گلیوں کے بنانے کے اور اختیارات ہی نہیں۔ جبکہ کے پی بلدیاتی نظام میں ایک کونسلر کے پاس بھی بہت اختیارات ہونگے جو ہر سرکاری ادارے کی پکڑ کر سکتا ہے۔
