Try to understand that he is nowadays unofficial spokesperson of the Na-Pak Fouj. Army would have agreed to default on the Chinese loan if they don't restructure, with the IMF. Similar situation in Sri Lanka right now.

He needs to explain why in detail. I hope its not because the Americans don't like it. The Chinese aren't perfect but CPEC will be success or failure if we take or don't take advantage on what's on offer. We need to negotiate with Chinese on less onerous loan interest and long payback periods because with so many loans to pay back, we will struggle to keep payments for CPEC.
What is your option? China not giving money to pakistan. Arabs only come to pakistan for a good fuck and no money for us.
Only US gives money to pakistan and Offcourse they will have to exploit the situation.

China is not going to help out the imported government which has aligned itself with the West. Have no doubt that China and Russia will go out of their ways to help support PTI led government and then even the US will try to woo Pak as it doesn't want to be left out from such a strategic country.
Problem is that our establishment never did a hard bargain as their hegemony was supported by the West. Their petty interests always supersede with those of the country.

Never ever , as Nawaz Sharif used Raheel Bharkoo to silence all economist or planner .
No political parties opposed bcz GHQ was supporting as usual without knowing economical consequences.
It was pure Loan with heavy interest by Jews of China.
As Imran Khan on first visit requested Chinese President to give some concessions?
Chinese President asked his secretary to take Imran Khan to Jews President of the Bank.
Who told to IK , you can’t pay instalments we can give another loan but we can’t waive interests.
So dejected Khan came back.

Beg to differ. CPEC is a long term project with huge economic and commercial potential for Pak. It will not only create an alternate route for China for the delivery of oil & gas, instead of the only route through the Strait of Malacca which can be easily blocked, but will also open the land locked Central Asian republics which will be a huge boon for this country.
Because of these reasons, India and most of the Western countries are opposed to it. That's why US Charge d'Affaires made numerous comments against CPEC. Iran is also quite eager take away that project from Pak by proposing an alternate but more dangerous route through the port of Chabahar with full support from India.
