O bhai sahab: The Jalsas of 28th April were not in the original schedule of PTI as it was Karachi where PTI had to do Jalsa on 28th April.Under any circumstances, it is much much better to do Jalsa than to not touch a city at all.Haven't you seen all the Jalsas of PMLN so far where only Mansehra Jalsa of 25th March was impressive but both brothers (Nawaz and Shehbaz) have not stopped doing Jalsis.
