How you bring the change in rural, there are only 2 "Jagirdars" one is PPP and the other is PMLN...........​

One way is to motivate the villagers to such an extent that they have the courage to vote against their jagirdar. Also, well-meaning and clean candidates from rural areas can be pulled towards PTI (as is happening even now) from other parties. As PTI gets more and more support in the cities, this change will also spread into the rural areas and faster, because of access to media and communication nowadays.

I think it will be used for DIRECT communication with the members. The emphasis on mentioning the city as well, shows it may also be used for local jalsa's or even during the campaign for the elections to rally the youth in a particular area. Once this city-wise data is gathered, there can be many many good uses. And we know that many people in villages even have mobile phones, so it'll help PTI disseminate it's message to a larger audience.

The data should have been manipulated till now and should be made available on party's website by members password etc for DIRECT communication and coordination at city level or even lower to know each member around.
