Just because 1 Police officer who was posted in Gujarat said Mumbai Attack is a hoax, he is expecting us to believe in conspiracy theory.
He forgot the fact that the officer was behind modi govt in Gujarat for an encounter which would help congress party get more Muslim votes. Congress gandhi family uses such strategy to come to power.
Otherwise Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi. would not be in Pakistan jail. ISI colonel, David hadley won't accept it. Even USA don't want to extradite Hadley aka dawood gilani to India.
