Iran downs US spy drone near N-site.shame on pak army

Iran has shot down a US drone which was flying over the Iranian province of Qom, a lawmaker says.

A member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Majlis (Ali Aqazadeh Dafsari, said on Tuesday that the unmanned spy plane was flying near the Fordo nuclear enrichment plant in Qom province when the IRGC s Air Defense units brought it down, Javanoline.ir reported on Tuesday.

The official stated that the US drone was on a mission to identify the location of the Fordo nuclear enrichment plant and gather information about the nuclear facility for the CIA, Dafsari stated.

Earlier in the day, Iran s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast had said that the country is installing a new generation of uranium enrichment centrifuges in the country s nuclear facilities to enhance the Islamic Republic s peaceful nuclear program.

As a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran has every right to develop and acquire nuclear technology meant for peaceful purposes.

reality check ,reality check,reality check....pak army knows its limits and they are very very limited so are the iranians .the only single reason the iranians can flex their muscle is because of oil.any attack on iran will send the oil prices to 7th heaven and with that the much debted USA will go into recession along with all of europe. shame on all of you who think and promote pakistan squaring up to usa beacause even if all of the muslim ummah got together we are still no match for nato.for me the only guy who talks sence is fawad chaudhry of apml who said that when the americans attacked the taliban they all scaperred on their motor bikes 50cc at that ..even our own defence sec. rightly admitted that we will only last a coulple of weeks with a war against the indians, hurt it may but he is telling the truth. in the past 50 years its the officers who have gobbled up all our reserves with their plots,gardeners,cooks,washers,chauffuers and their bank accounts together with their children abroad..lets lets not all talk [h=2]Salahuddin Al-Ayoubi because thats all history..[/h]
