Is COAS General Hafiz Asim Munir reciting the true Quran?

The Quran is regarded as a literary masterpiece and respected by both Muslims and non-Muslims and its place in classics of world literature is well established. In his translation of the Quran, Marmaduke Pickthall described it as “that inimitable symphony, the very sound of which moves man into tears and ecstasy”, and the German poet, Goethe had said: “However often we turn to it, it first sounds terse, it soon attracts, astounds, and in the end enforces our reverence. Its style is truly sublime, stern, grand and magical.

For believers, the Quran is a source of spiritual guidance and inspiration. Its verses are seen as a direct communication from God (Allah) to humanity, providing wisdom, moral guidance, and a pathway to spiritual fulfilment. The Quran addresses the human condition, offering solace, hope, and a sense of connection to the divine.
The Quran addresses many topics, including theology, law, ethics, and social justice. Its teachings have shaped Islamic civilization and continue to influence the lives of millions worldwide. The Quran encourages reflection, critical thinking, and the pursuit of knowledge essential for personal and communal growth.

I have yet to hear one single sentence of intellectualism and wisdom coming from the mouth of COAS General Asim Munir.

Your opinion matter in a sense of acquiring guidance and knowledge from the words of Allah. That may be true that we lack those scholars who not only mastered the skill of reading the beautiful Arabic versus but pondered on them in the privacy of their nights.

However, it is quite disturbing that you only brought COAS and targeted him just to get some brownie points. I repent from this political hypocrisy when under certain context, one tries to target individuals and ignoring the rest of the state of the people and society.

Your words ring hollow when it is becoming subjective to hover around an individual under some agenda.

I like you to elaborate and explain the need for such comments torpedoing COAS. We as a society breath into this thick fog of ignorance. And that not confining to a particular individual.

COAS Asim Munir holds a very responsible position and status not only in the 750,000 ranks and files of our armed forces but also in our society who look up to him as the defender of our borders and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. I never wanted to be subjective in expressing my point of view. Still, it was the generalisation of the prevailing trend of distortion of Islamic Theology and the true message of the Quran by many who claim to be scholars and hafiz of the Quran. Have you ever heard General Asim Munir mention in his public addresses, " Jhoot bolna gunah ha."

What does it have to do with A,B or C ? Had it not been him , you would have found another one to blame for the same purpose. Is it just revealed on you now that they are not keeping up with true Islamic spirit and actions, or you just discovered it when you saw IK bowing in front of someone's Mazar after Bushra?
So, just come clean. Don't pertain that it is something extra ordinary happened from a COAS. Consider ones IK called Bajwa the democratic COAS. Just because they were in it together. Screwing the opposition.
