A huge majority of people who claim to be muslims be they men or women have little clue as to what the quranic message is or what deen of islam is. Ignorance, illiteracy, lack of proper education and training as well as skills all are factors in all layers of society. The day people know deen of islam properly and follow it faithfully it will not be long before they have an ummah and thereby a kingdom based upon guidance of Allah. For the time being people are led by clueless mullahs who are stooges of rulers and money lenders. Mullahs cheat and deceive people in the name of Allah and they have been doing this for a very long time and they remain successful in doing that because masses are ignorant. However time is coming when all this is going to come to an abrupt end as humanity wakes up from its deep sleep.
