Dr Zakir usually have solid basis of his fatawas but this time there is no daleel. We do believe Jesus Christ was "Born" to Mother Marry. So by greeting someone on the birth which we both agreed happened is just a gesture. Nothing else

what my viewpoint is that if they were celebrating an occassion that was not acceptable to us as muslim than we should not greet them.but if they are celebrating the birth of hazrat essa AS then its ok.He probably meant not saying merry christmas.

Ashura Fasting Was Not Based On Any Of Such Shirkia Belief Such As Believing Eesaa[a.s] As Son Of GOD....

Moreover Ashura Fasting Was ordered By Nabi[s.a.w]..






The Total Philosophy And Logic Of Christmas Is Based On The Argument That Eesaa[a.s] Is Son Of GOD....



Imitating Kuffaar Is SO Much Haram

That Praying At The Time Of Sun Set And Sun Rise Was Declared Forbidden

Because There Were Some Mushrikeen Who Used To Do Sajdah TO Sun At The Moment Of Sun Rise and Sun Set...



There Are Many Such Examples...



And Even In Ashura Case, Fasting Only On 10th Of Muharram Was Forbidden Because It Would Be Immitation Of Kuffaar.....




Zakir Naik Once Said That The Festival Of Christmas Is Based On The Logic That Eesaa[a.s] Is Begotten Son Of GOD.....


So It Is Clear That Congratulating Christmas Means That You Are Endorsing The Philosophy Of Christmas And The Philosophy Of Christmas Is That Eesaa[a.s] Is Begotten Son Of GOD.

Yes I tell them merry Xmas because if the birthday of Hazrat Isa. What they believe in is their matter not mine. Like Jashane Eid Milad un nabi Mubarak. This zakir naik even blames Muslims who celebrate milad and claims to be a student of Ahmed deed at late who used to celebrate milaad himself

Read my post I don't care what Christians believe in. They have bible sent by Allah who could have sent Quran first but he wanted to have Christians before Islam... So accept them as Allah's makhlooq. Merry XmasXmas

I believe in humanity first and then in religion. All religions must be respected and we must respect others for what they believe in. Though Islam is the best of all. U and me are lucky to be born as Muslims but millions others who Allah decides to be born in non Muslim families. So stop this stupid debate and merry Xmas and jashn e Eid milad un nabi

Christmas is just celebration of the birth of Hazrat Essa AS and the Christians calling Hazrat Essa AS a son of GOD is totally a different issue.

I DONT BELIEVE THIS AT ALL. At my work when ever it's Ramthan...my Manager and co-worker's are always making sure they don't eat infront of me and respect my month of Fasting. Whenever there is Eid ..everybody comes and congratulates me and my Manager always tells me to take a day off so I could enjoy the day with my family. All these people are Christians...if they are so kind to me even though they don't believe in Ramadhan and Eid and always there to accommodate me...then what is wrong if I am nice to them and Congradulate them on their Christmas. We are getting so Narrow minded in our religion that it's amazing.

Islam is beautiful with Allah the most merciful. But these Scholar's are making this Religion as if it's for Cave People. What a Shame.

Muslims do not need the opinion and remarks for Islam from an atheist. When you believe in any form of social order other than any religion so ur in the league of atheists, who do the same.
