I would ask you to bring your prove !! Point out any video or link of video in which he said these things !!
I always make decision on until i heard myself or seen it !!
till now what ever i saw or heard Qamdi he is very logical and reasonable

Aur ye sari batain jo main ney likhi hain ghamdi fitna apnay lectures main karta rehta hai,ab thora sa search karlo.

Let me give you example i think you fail to understand .. that is why u claim he made sood halal which is not the case. !
Example Islamic Banks these days Offer Loan for House according to Islamic Law which they claim in UK and Canada and USA
America. These Islamic banks charge up to 10 % every month as Rent including principle payment .. So one bank call it Rent and other bank
call it Interest ! what is the difference ?? they both same but one is ISLAMIC bank... that is why it is not Interest ..
You should listen his lecture about this !! Interest is HARAM He made Very Clear through Quran argument . He even point out the the saying "sood leney wala and deyney wall " in context

"sood lain dain ke kakaz likney waley per and witnesses per !! this is the Context of the hadith which QAMDI said he also missed like all other missed !! oh bhai kis ko dalil se kail karne ke koshis ker rahe ho, jo bandooq per yaqeen rakta hai, jo nafrat pehlane ko iman ka hisa samjhta hai...... Inhen Jihad per tu sare hadees yad hongi lakin insani jani ke qeemat per hadees "yad" nahi rahe ge........ ye wo log hai jo mazloomon ke qatal ki justification dete hain, ye wo log han jo taliban jaise darindon ke kartooton ko sahfaf kerne ke koshis karte hain, ye wo log hain jinhen in ke "peer" kuch bhi bata de man jate hain without any logic or anything....... ye wo log hai jo cheezon ko samjhne ki silhayat hi nai rakhte..... ye kufar ke factorian hai jahan se kuch dhang ka a hi nai sakta.......

Is ghamdi fitna ney tu Sood denay ko halal keh diya hai.Itni gumrahi phelaney ki himmat tu aaj tak kisi bhi fitnay main nahi hoi jitni is fitnay ney ki hai.

He also said there is no such person as imam mehdi a.s, it can be anyone .

Jab hadees main wazeh tor pe sood ko haram likha hai tu sood Mukammal haram hai.

ye intehai bacho wali baat hai k sood dena haram nahi aur sood lena haram nahi, jab tak sood dena khatam nahi ho ga tu sood lena bhi khatam nahi ho sakta ,is liye aik kaam jo gunah kar wa raha ho " wo khud gunah" hota hai.


Jis tarah katal karna jaiz nahi hai, us hi tarah katal karwana bhi jaiz nahi hai??
Jis tarah chori karna jaiz nahi hai us hi tarah karwana bhi jaiz nahi hai?
Is hi tarah sharab peena bhi najaiz hai aur sharaab pelana bhi.

aur mera question hai k aap ney sood denay waley ko "VICTIM" kesay likh diya?? kia koi gun point pe usey keh raha hai k sood do????

اور اگر بدلہ لو بھی تو بالکل اتنا ہی جتنا صدمہ تمہیں پہنچایا گیا ہو اور اگر صبر کرلو تو بےشک صابروں کے لئے یہی بہتر ہے). [16:126] سورة النحل

اور جب ان پر ﻇلم (و زیادتی) ہو تو وه صرف بدلہ لے لیتے ہیں.39 اور برائی کا بدلہ اسی جیسی برائی ہے، اور جو معاف کر دے اور اصلاح کرلے اس کا اجر اللہ کے ذمے ہے، (فی الواقع) اللہ تعالیٰ ﻇالموں سے محبت نہیں کرتا. 40 اور جو شخص اپنے مظلوم ہونے کے بعد (برابر کا) بدلہ لے لے تو ایسے لوگوں پر (الزام کا) کوئی راستہ نہیں.41 یہ راستہ صرف ان لوگوں پر ہے جو خود دوسروں پر ﻇلم کریں اور زمین میں ناحق فساد کرتے پھریں، یہی لوگ ہیں جن کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے.42 اور جو شخص صبر کر لے اور معاف کردے یقیناً یہ بڑی ہمت کے کاموں میں سے (ایک کام) ہے. [42:43] سورة الشورى

مندرجہ بالا دونوں اقتباسات میں کہیں یہ ظاہر نہیں ہوتا کہ اس میں غیر مسلموں کے بے قصور افراد کے قتل اور ان کی جائیدادوں کو نقصان پہنچانے کی ترغیب یا اجازت دی گئی ہے ۔

اسی وجہ سے ہم نے بنی اسرائیل پر یہ لکھ دیا کہ جو شخص کسی کو بغیر اس کے کہ وه کسی کا قاتل ہو یا زمین میں فساد مچانے واﻻ ہو، قتل کر ڈالے تو گویا اس نے تمام لوگوں کو قتل کردیا، اور جو شخص کسی ایک کی جان بچا لے، اس نے گویا تمام لوگوں کو زنده کردیا اور ان کے پاس ہمارے بہت سے رسول ﻇاہر دلیلیں لے کر آئے لیکن پھر اس کے بعد بھی ان میں کے اکثر لوگ زمین میں ﻇلم و زیادتی اور زبردستی کرنے والے ہی رہے. [5:32] سورة المائدة

کسی مومن کو دوسرے مومن کا قتل کر دینا زیبا نہیں مگر غلطی سے ہو جائے (تو اور بات ہے)، جو شخص کسی مسلمان کو بلا قصد مار ڈالے، اس پر ایک مسلمان غلام کی گردن آزاد کرنا اور مقتول کے عزیزوں کو خون بہا پہنچانا ہے۔ ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ وه لوگ بطور صدقہ معاف کر دیں اور اگر مقتول تمہاری دشمن قوم کا ہو اور ہو وه مسلمان، تو صرف ایک مومن غلام کی گردن آزاد کرنی ﻻزمی ہے۔ اور اگر مقتول اس قوم سے ہو کہ تم میں اور ان میں عہد و پیماں ہے تو خون بہا ﻻزم ہے، جو اس کے کنبے والوں کو پہنچایا جائے اور ایک مسلمان غلام کا آزاد کرنا بھی (ضروری ہے)، پس جو نہ پائے اس کے ذمے دو مہینے کے لگاتار روزے ہیں، اللہ تعالیٰ سے بخشوانے کے لئےاور اللہ تعالیٰ بخوبی جاننے واﻻ اور حکمت واﻻ ہے. [4:92] سورة النساء

ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ۔ اگر کوئی کسی مسلمان کے قتل میں کسی طرح کی مدد کرتا ہے حتیٰ کہ چند الفاظ سے بھی ، تو وہ اللہ سے اس حالت میں ملے گا کہ اس کی پیشانی پر لکھا ہوگا خدا کی رحمت سے مایوس ۔

ابو بکر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا
اگر کوئی مسلم کسی غیر مسلم کو ناجائز طور پر قتل کرتاہے جس کے ساتھ معاہدہ ہے تو جنت اس کےلئے حرام ہے ۔ ( النسائی)

اس طرح حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمر نے روایت کی کہ حضرت محمد مصطفیٰ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا
اگر کوئی مسلم کسی معاہدہ غیر مسلم کو قتل کرتا ہے تو وہ جنت کی خوشبو نہیں پائے گا حالانکہ جنت کی خوشبو چالیس سال کی مسافت سے بھی پائی جا سکتی ہے ۔(صحیح بخاری)

غیر مسلموں کے حقوق سے متعلق ایک حدیث یوں ہے
سُن رکھو ، جو کوئی بھی کسی غیر مسلم شہری پر ظلم کرے گا یا اس کے کسی حق کو چھینے گا یا اس پر اس کی طاقت سے زیادہ بوجھ ڈالے گا یا اس کی اجازت کے بغیر اس کی کوئی چیز لے لیگا تو قیامت کے دن اس کی طرف سے میں وکالت کروں گا ۔ ( ابو داؤد)

عبدا للہ بن مسعود نے روایت کی کہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ۔
جو کوئی کسی غیر مسلم کو تکلیف دے گا میں اس کا حریف ہوں گا ۔ اور جب میں کسی کاحریف ہوں گا تو قیامت کے دن اس پر غالب آؤں گا ۔ (تاریخ بغداد)

حضرت عبداللہ ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں
جب حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فوجوں کو روانگی کا حکم فرماتے تو ان سے کہتے دغا فریب سے کام نہ لو، مال غنیمت میں خیانت سے کام نہ لو، لاشوں کو مسخ نہ کرو اور بچوں اور مذہبی رہنماؤں کو قتل مت کرو۔ (المسند)

اسلام مثلہ اور قصاص کے معاملے میں مسلم او رغیر مسلم میں فرق نہیں کرتا ۔
حضرت علی کا قول ہے
اگر کوئی مسلم کسی عیسائی کا قتل کرتا ہے تو بدلے میں اسے ( مسلمان) بھی قتل کیا جائے گا ۔ (الشیبانی ۔ الحجۃ : 349:4)

شافعی، الأم، 7 : 320


امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کا قول ہے
ایک امن پسند یہودی ، عیسائی اور زرتشتی کا خون بہا ایک آزاد مسلمان کے برابر ہے ۔
لہٰذا ، بدلہ اور قصاص کے معاملے میں اسلام مسلمان اور غیر مسلم میں کوئی فرق روا نہیں رکھتا ۔


ابوبکر صدیق نے ثمر اور درختوں کے کاٹنے اور (جنگ کے دوران ) عمارتوں کو (قصداً ) ڈھانے سے منع فرمایا او رمسلمان ا ن کی اس ہدایت پر سختی سے عمل کرتے تھے (سنن)

ابن ابی شیبہ، مجاید سےایک حدیث نقل کرتے ہیں جو اس طرح ہے
کم عمر بچوں ، عورتوں اور ناتواں اور ضعیف مردوں کو جنگ میں ہلاک نہ کیا جائے ۔ غذائی اجناس او رکھجور کے درختوں کو نہ جلایا جائے ، عمارتوں کو نہ ڈھایا جائے اور پھل دار درختو ں کو نہ کاٹا جائے ۔ ( المصنّف :6:483)

اپنی تصنیف کتاب النحراج صفحہ 78 پر ابو یوسف فرماتے ہیں
کسی بھی غیر مسلم امن پسند شہری کواس کے کسی ہم مذہب کی زیادتیوں کی پاداش میں سزا نہیں دی جائے گی۔

عبدا للہ بن عمر نے روایت کی کہ حضرت ابوبکر مسلم فوج کو سیریا روانہ کرتے وقت دو میل تک فوج کے ساتھ پیدل چلے پھر ان سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے فرمایا ۔
میں تمہیں حکم دیتا ہوں کہ خدا سے ڈرو (کمانڈر کی ) نافرمانی نہ کرو اور نہ بزدلی دکھاؤ۔ کھجور کے درختوں کو برباد نہ کرو او رفصلوں کو آگ نہ لگاؤ ۔ جانوروں کو اذیت نہ دو اور پھل دار درختوں کو نہ کاٹو ۔ (المروازی : مسندابی بکر)

xابن العربی اپنی کتاب الا حکام القرآن میں فرماتے ہیں کافر عورتوں کو قتل نہیں کیا جائے گا جب تک کہ وہ نہ لڑیں ۔ کیونکہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے لیکن صرف اس صورت میں کہ جب وہ لڑیں انہیں قتل کیا جائے گا ۔

الموردی نے الاحکام السلطانیہ ص 41 میں لکھا ہے
جنگ میں عورتوں اور بچوں کا قتل ممنوع ہے کیونکہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کی ممانعت فرمائی ہے ۔
ابن مالک اور القضی کا بھی یہ مذہب ہے کہ کسی بھی حالت میں یہاں تک کہ اگر کفار عورتوں اور بچوں کو ڈھال کے طور پر استعمال کریں تو بھی ان کا قتل جائز نہیں ہے ۔
مندرجہ بالا حدیثوں اور فقہاء کی آراء سے یہ واضح ہے کہ عورتوں اور بچوں جو غیر محارب ہوں ان کا قتل کسی بھی صورت میں جائز نہیں ہے ۔

قتلِ مسلم پر وعیدیں
۱رحمتِ عالم ا نے ارشاد فرمایا ہے:
لزوال الدنیا اہون علی الله من قتل رجل مسلم (نسائی ، ترمذی)

ترجمہ:۔ایک مسلمان کا قتل حق تعالیٰ کے نزدیک تمام کائنات کے تباہ ہوجانے سے بھاری ہے۔
۲:۔ایک اور حدیث میں ارشاد ہے:
قتل المؤمن اعظم عند الله من زوال الدنیا۔

ترجمہ:۔ایک مومن کا قتل اللہ کے نزدیک تمام دنیا کے زوال سے بڑھ کرہے۔
۳:۔ایک اور حدیث میں جو ترمذی نے بروایت ابوسعید خدری وابوہریرہ نقل کی ہے:
اگر تمام روئے زمین وآسمان کے باشندے کسی ایک مسلمان کے قتل کرنے میں شریک ہوجائیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ سب کو اوندھے منہ جہنم میں ڈال دے گا۔
ایک اور حدیث میں ارشاد ہے:
اگر تمام انس وجن ایک مسلمان کے قتل پر جمع ہوجائیں، تو سب کے سب جہنم میں جائیں گے۔
۴:۔ایک اور حدیث میں جو ابن ماجہ وغیرہ میں آئی ہے، ارشاد فرمایا:
جو شخص کسی مسلمان کے قتل کرنے کے بارے میں ایک آدھ لفظ بھی زبان سے کہے گا تو قیامت کے روز اس کی پیشانی پر لکھا ہوگا کہ یہ شخص حق تعالیٰ کی رحمت سے مایوس ہے (یعنی محروم ہے)۔ العیاذ بالله۔
۵:۔صحیح بخاری ومسلم کی ایک حدیث میں جن سات چیزوں کو امت کی تباہی کا ذریعہ بتلایاگیا ہے، ان میں سے ایک مسلمان کا خونِ ناحق ہے۔
۶:۔ایک اور حدیث میں آیاہے کہ:
مسلمان کی جان ومال حق تعالیٰ کے نزدیک بیت اللہ شریف سے بھی زیادہ قابلِ احترام ہے۔
۷:۔ ایک اور حدیث میں آپ ا نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ:
ایک قاتل کو کسی مسلمان کے قتل پر قیامت میں ایک ہزار مرتبہ قتل کیا جائے گا۔ (یعنی ہر مرتبہ قتل کے بعد زندہ کیا جائے گا، پھر قتل کیا جائے گا)۔
۸:۔ایک اور حدیث میں ارشاد فرمایاہے:
اگر قاتل کو مسلمان کے قتل سے روکا نہ گیا تو تمام امت عذاب میں مبتلا ہوگی (یہی ہو رہا ہے)۔

آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا فرمان ہے : جس نے کسی غیر مسلم شہری کو قتل کیا وہ جنت کی خوشبو بھی نہیں سونگھے گا۔ اے مخاطب! حدیث کا لبِ لباب تجھے قتلِ مسلم کے گناہ کی سنگینی بتا رہا ہے کہ اس کی قباحت کفر تک پہنچا دیتی ہے جو جہنم میں خلود کا باعث بنتا ہے، جبکہ غیر مسلم شہری کو قتل کرنا بھی کوئی معمولی گناہ نہیں ہے۔ اسی طرح اس کا قاتل بھی جنت کی خوشبو تک نہیں پائے گا (جس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ وہ جہنم میں ڈالا جائے گا)۔
