*Breaking* Altaf Hussain arrested in London. Altaf Hussain London's Metropolitan Police has arrested MQM chief Altaf Hussain. The development came moments after Movement for Justice Party (PTI) leader Zahra Shahid was shot in Karachi. PTI chief former international cricketer Imran Khan have condemned the brutal killing of their party leader and demanded swift arrest of the culprits. Khan has declared the incident as terrorism and failure on part of the provincial government. Imran Khan had requested the government to take action against Altaf Hussain for issuing threatening and provoking statements to incite violence in the country.

I think its pretty significant crowd if you look at it in the larger context. In a way it was a spontaneous protest.

I was expecting a bigger crowd may be the video by Machar was taken very early. It seems a little bigger from Crank's picture. PTI should have been able to muster 5000 people.

Lol. Not in a million years. MQM rules in Karachi only with 'badmaashi'.

They started 'badmaashi' in the 80s to protect themselves but now it has gotten too out of hand. I used to support MQM's 'badmaashi' because the establishment and political parties did 'badmaashi' to MQM in 90s. They reacted with violence. MQM had justification for that in 90s maybe. But now it is way too out of hand. They are just killing people for the sake of holding on to power.

Shame.

I hate it that the overnment of Pakistan or the Chief Justice is not taking official action on the deaths of Ms. Zahra and people of Karachi.

'Samosay' ki price aur Ateeqa Oodho ki whisky per Suo motto - but none on the death of highest official of PTI.

What a joke!

in underdeveloped countries it is better to kill people like like Altaf , politically.

Not by court or by force.

Same they did with Zardari.

So either Altaf should be arrested by British govt. or people change to party like PTI.
