Musharraf’s judicial hounding: in his position one gets what one deserves. But I wish our memories were not so selective. Everyone remembers, and waxes heroic about, November 3, 2007, completely ignoring October 12, 1999, when Musharraf and his generals committed their original sin. Is it because it suits us to forget some uncomfortable truths? The then judiciary, which includes present-day eminences, validated his coup not once but twice and there was no shortage of judges who took oath under Musharraf’s PCO. Shouldn’t this inculcate in everyone concerned a touch of humility??? by ayaz amir in todays column

American makes Musharraf 2nd. time total fool 1) your with us or not with us 2) do not take our batter and bread by giving lectures go your country's men they can fix you up.

1. Musharraf is the only leader invited by US, EU, & Japanese universities 100% on MERIT. Pakistanis as nation look for negatives, that's why they did not progress in 65 years according to their "great potential". Nawaz, Zardari, Shahbaz, & Altaf, and Wali can not utter a single sentence in this global village.
2. Bush destroyed US economy and went for losing Iraq & Afghan wars. But American nation and Media does not do Bush bashing.
3. Musharraf era was more positive and less negative. Judges are biased and they do not have professional understanding of economics and international relations.
4. Musharraf bail rejection and terror charges are like supporting greater Indian agenda of demoralizing ARMY. Mush's charges are not proven and he has been declared guilty. Justice Siddiqui's bail rejection and adding terror charges and CJ's attitude towards Qadri petition are perfect examples ARMY & ISI must take as case studies to International courts and Harvard Law School as case study. Otherwise these "sutto Generals like Kiyani and activist CJ" will destroy the moral of Army which will damage Pakistan.
5. CJ let Haqqani (the traitor & Indian agent) go loose, no action on Nawaz's & Zardari loot, incompetence of politicians, and tax evaders run for elections.
6. An internationally recognized figure from Pakistan, has been wrongly accused. Sold media is puttng oil on fire. There is NO LEVEL PLAIN FIELD in this elections. CJ himself did not follow law by not taking his reference to SJC. He took matters on road????THINK Pakistan.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistans former president, General retired Pervez Musharraf has been transferred to his farmhouse in Chak Shahzad after it was declared a sub-jail.
The doors of the farmhouse were immediately shut after the arrival of the former president.
Musharraf will remain at his farmhouse until his 14 day judicial remand expires on May 4 and he is presented in court for the next hearing of the judges confinement case.
The former president will not be allowed to hold any meetings while he is under arrest at his farmhouse without the prior written consent of the Chief Commissioner Islamabad. All laws of regular imprisonment will be applicable on Musharraf while he remains at the farmhouse.
Earlier, Islamabad administration returned SSP Police Islamabads request to declare the farmhouse a sub-jail after raising objections over it.
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday sent former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf on judicial remand till May 4 and ordered police to present him in the next hearing, Geo News reported.
He was presented in the in-charge judge ATC Kausar Abbas Zaidis court.
During Saturdays brief hearing, the petitioners lawyer argued that the accused was presented in the court without the handcuffs which is a malafide action.

چلیے عدالت کی بدولت اسے اپنے فارم ھاوس کے محل میں رھنے کا موقع بھی مل گیا۔جو ججز بڑی اکڑفوں دکھا رھے تھے اب وھ کیسے راضی ھو گئے کہ مشرف کو جیل کی بجاے محل میں رکھا جاے؟
میں سمجھتا ھوں کہ سب ڈرامہ ھے کچھ نھیں بدلا غریب آج بھی عدالتوں کے باھر دھکے کھاتا پھر رھا ھے۔اللہ نہ کرے کہ کوی ان قصابوں(ججز) کے ھاتھ چڑھے اور پھر انصاف کیلیے سسکتا ھوا اسا دنیا سے جاے۔
