Justice Aminudin & Justice N Afghan should be tried for inciting rebellion and institutional anarchy against the orders or verdicts passed by a majority of judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan if an institution disagrees with them or finds them not serving their interests. These two judges have corroborated the illegality of the Election Commission of Pakistan Sultan Sikander Raja's unconstitutional decision to ban PTI candidates from contesting the general election on 8 February 2024 and outlawing PTI's 'Bala symbol' from the ballot papers. These two judges have rejected, negated, and defied the verdict of the majority judges of the Supreme Court passed on 12 July 2024 that the PTI was eligible for seats reserved for women and minorities.
This dissent note is politically motivated and written under pressure to benefit CJP Qazi Essa, Form 47 'mandate choor' PDM governmet illegally installed at gunpoint by manipulative generals that want to cling to power by every hook or crook. These two judges should be tried under Article 6 for abrogating, subverting or holding in abeyance the Constitution by misusing their offices in defying the judgement of their eight colleagues and encouraging rebellion in the country against their verdict. This means that any act that directly undermines the Constitution of Pakistan by force or coercion is considered treason and in this case by insinuating a revolt against the authority and powers of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. This is high treason and must not be encouraged by our supreme judiciary which has already become so demonised in the world since Qazi Faez was sworn in as the Chief Justice of Pakistan Supreme Court.
