its a good step, but dont forget it is the same MQM who kills people only if they go against them, or should I say against their leader who is spending his royal life in London, England. so no matter what ever their own "NAZIM" do it will remain MQM everywhere, and now its time to stop cirmes, no matter who ever is involved. oh yeh, b4 some1 ask y have i hide my name, ask MQM, ALTAF HUSSAIN........if i un-hide my name, they will even remove my family from the face of the eart, let alone my self. they are one of the biggest terrorist organization in my beloved PAKISTAN.

Do not give credit to just MQM, there are big stake holders in the west, who foced to Pakistan to implement this and soon, you will see the linking this with CIA and FBI. It is small portion of a BIG story. It is good west is paying for their sake and it is providing security to them and to Pakistan as well. It will be soon in place in Islamabad and Lahore as well.
Anyway, in the west more advance system are in place for quite a while and it was over due to Pakistan and it should be implemented in all country.
It should have mobile capability linkage to police, courts, hospitals, fire depatment and emergency response departments.

Why are you so confused?
You said, it will be linked with CIA & FBI and in the same breath you said, it was over due in PAKISTAN and should be implemented in all country.
