From what I have seen PTI has the best. It carries no details as to how the goals will be accomplished. I heard a summary on education it was useless.

IK's biggest thing is Insaaff. He said that he will provide " Sasta and Quick " insaaff but no details are available. We don't know weather he wants to reform the current Justice system or bring in new one.
